Roddy was absolutely awesome! He was professional, fast, through, and he didn't try to rip us off. He definitely knew exactly what he was doing, he didn't mind explaining everything, and he was very personable

Mike B was great, he came out and quoted me what a new system would be to replace my 19 year old system, then two days later it was installed and they were done by lunchtime. This company has much better pricing than others that I was getting quotes from. Highly recommend.

5/5 Stars all around for this company!! Could not be more impressed and thankful to the staff here. Super fast response from messaging online and scheduling over the phone! However, shining star of the service was Rodrigo! Truly embodied the dream service experience. Immediately had an idea of the problem after a few questions, took a look and started the repair all while chatting/educating me when I had questions. He even went out of his way to help unjam my door!! An absolute sweetheart! May your pillow always be cold and the burritos hot! Thank you so much!

Stephen was extremely helpful and was willing to spend time going through our issues rather than just trying to take our money. Comfort pros is an honest company and I’ll definitely be using them going forward!

If you are looking for an honest and reputable tech then I highly recommend Rodrigo Hernandez. I had a different company out the day before that told me that I need a whole new unit when really it was a wire. His honesty and thoroughness saved me thousands.

Comfort Pros never fail! Most recently Roddy came over to service our hvac unit. He did a great job and is very knowledgeable. Roddy gave advice on how to clean and maintain our unit to avoid unnecessary service calls. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything!

Roddy was super nice, I think he was very knowledgeable also, I'm not the one who was downstairs with him, my husband was, but he seemed to think Roddy was honest and knew exactly what he was doing. We were very pleased. The price was high but everything is high these days.

Mike went above and beyond to ensure our family had heat during the cold snap and AC during the hot days of December. On Christmas Eve and again yesterday! Called mid morning and they had someone out within a few hours. A previous company had told us we needed a whole new unit with a 13k price tag. Mike came out and diagnosed and fixed the issue for an extremely reasonable price. He was efficient and honest. Highly recommend this company and getting a second opinion! 👏👏👏👏

I called comfort pros this morning and the serviceman called me quickly to set an appointment. He showed up on time, polite and went right to business getting my heater fixed. Excellent job, reasonable prices, I'll be vallingvthrm for our maintenance appointments fir sure. Highly recommend.

Great price for the job, out of 4 other companies quotes...not excessively marked up fees!. I have prior experience in pricing commercial HVAC systems so I was confident in the residential estimate that Mike gave me. Was willing to search for this hard-to-find pancake unit for my older home. Installer staff were quick, set up and cleaned up well. Mike explained all the details and expectations for the full inside/ outside unit replacements that I needed and inspected the completed job. A+++Recommended.

Very pleased with our experience using Comfort Pros to repair our heating unit. Our technician Mike B. really took his time to troubleshoot what the issue was and was extremely transparent with potential cost for repair. He had to order a part from the manufacturer, but followed up with me multiple times until the part was in and he was able to complete the repair. Will definitely be using them again.

What a wonderful experience! Mike was very professional & knowledgeable about our HVAC system. I called & got service same day, early afternoon & it was a great price! Our heater quit working and we woke up to a cold house. I called Comfort Pros once they opened and they had one of their Techs out same day to repair our HVAC units. Roddy was fantastic! He went above and beyond in every aspect. He was kind and friendly, courteous and professional. He found the issues, explained what was wrong and repaired it all in a timely manner. Excellent work! Can’t say enough good about him! We were beyond happy with his performance and professionalism. Thanks to Comfort Pros for building a great team and for taking the time to do things right. Had a great service call with Stephen P. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us several estimates and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. We were very pleased with Stephen and the whole experience from booking to estimate.

I had Mike come out to check my AC to see if it could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced. After going through everything, he explained that it really needed to be replaced. What stood out to me was how honest and upfront he was about the whole situation. No pressure, no sales pitch, just straight answers and a clear explanation of what was going on and why replacement made the most sense.

He definitely knows his stuff and took the time to answer all my questions. That made a big difference.

The install crew was just as good. They were friendly, respectful, and worked fast. Showed up on time, got everything installed the right way, and left the place clean.

On top of that, their pricing was really good for the quality of work and equipment. Overall just a smooth, honest experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Comfort pros.

Anderson Air did a great job on my new A/C, they were very prompt, Justin Jones did a great job performing the spring maintenance.

Mark and his techs as well as office personnel are as professional and polite as they come. They will stop at nothing to diagnose and fix your A/C problems. I would recommend Anderson Air without any hesitation.
