Stephen was awesome, could not be happier with choosing this company. (First time) Arrived on time, and called ahead to let me know. He tore into my unit and found the problem within minutes. Stephen’s a great dude, joy to talk with and learn from!

Mike B was absolutely amazing and made sure we were taken care of quickly. We called on Sunday, however he was busy and did not believe he’d make it out at a decent time, they promised he would come first thing the next morning and promise fulfilled! Thank you for being an amazing company to work with!

Mike was my serviceman, he arrived about an hour after I called. Very knowledgeable, found the problem quickly and had the part in his truck. He was professional and respectful of my property, this man needs a raise 😆 would use again!

Absolutely love this company!!!! I called hoping they could clean out our mini split units that unfortunately accumulated with mold. They were able to get us seen the next morning! Our AC tech Jeremy was so kind and did such an amazing job cleaning our units, such a difference. He walked us through the process and went over everything that was done. I highly recommend this company and Jeremy!!

I always call Comfort Pros! I use them for commercial and residential services. I recently had an encounter with Spencer and he was extremely friendly, very quick, and knowledgeable. He even worked to save me some money! The office staff is consistently friendly and they always work to get me in same day or next. This company has never let me down. Good Christian values and honesty are qualities I treasure. Good job you guys!

As always, Comfort Pros was able to send someone out the next day after I called. Our tech was Mike B. He sent a text when he was on his way and we also received a text from Comfort Pros. He arrived and got to work immediately. I had told him I needed to leave by a certain time and so I appreciated his attention to that. He was courteous and he was very knowledgeable . Our ac was fixed in a short time and I was able to get on with my day as scheduled. Thank you Jared Gee and Comfort Pros for always being that company I can call and trust. I had Comfort Pros come out to check out my system. Mike B was very friendly and explained everything about my system and what type of system my house should have for a better outcome of cooling down my house. I appreciated the honesty and explanation in detail making sure I felt comfortable with what he was saying.

Special thanks to Comfort Pro HVAC team because ‘they care!’. First, they did an amazing job repairing my duct and drainage from under the house and maintained my HVAC unit. Very friendly and professional!

Then I called them back because my AC was not cooling, they immediately had their on call staff show up to triage the issue. The gentleman was very kind and did a thorough check. He assured us all is well. After few hours, the AC was cooling back again- it took time because my unit is 12yrs old and I didn’t realize it was going to take several hours to cool back up after it was shut down for repair.

With all my panicking, they were patient and professional. They called the next day to check if the AC was working properly on a Sunday morning- they were willing to come back out to make sure the unit is working.

Kim at the office is fabulous with customer service. The entire team is 5star competent, kind, and professional.

Mike B was great, he came out and quoted me what a new system would be to replace my 19 year old system, then two days later it was installed and they were done by lunchtime. This company has much better pricing than others that I was getting quotes from. Highly recommend.
