One of the better HVAC parts and supply houses out there. I bought most of the tools I own today over the last 43 years I have been one of Johnson Supplier's customers. I have used their stores all over Texas. The tools all still work. One can expect to wear out tools, especially a professional who uses them on a daily basis. The ones I bought at Johnson all still work. Even the power tools. Great managers and counter people, too.

Been a customer for about 10 years either directly or through the warranty company. They have never had great response, but I have been trying to get in touch with them for several weeks. No call back, no one answer phones, there is no voice mail set up. Tried regular number, owner's (Charles) number, new number on website. No response through phone, e-mail. Not sure if these folks are even in business anymore.

We called them for a second opinion on a major repair and holy cow, they saved us thousands of dollars! I'm still pinching myself, so grateful!

Deal with these guys directly and not through your home warranty company. They'll get the job done much faster and will help you deal with the warranty company for reimbursement. An actual example is that it took over 3 months to get an air handler replaced at one of our of our properties. First American kept dragging their feet and we couldn't get the thing replaced. We finally hired Done Right and they got it replaced and it actually cost us less than using the home warranty's contractor. These guys are pretty solid. We've used them on 3 other properties since.

Done WRONG. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. my warranty sent them. They "fixed" or heater 5 times before I had to request a different company. Owner quoted me 500+ for maintenance he said I NEEDED. when the guy came to do it, he said I wouldn't need that work for at least 4 more years. But charged 175 for a cleaning. Whole time there was a carbon monoxide leak they m never caught. Out $500 all business we gave them. Our heater was never fixed. DO NOT GO WITH THEM.
