Thank God for these guys 🙏 This was the worst time ever for my AC to go out during this COVID-19 . A 90+ degrees day today , my house temp went from 74 to 80+ within an hour , getting warmer and it was almost 7pm 😳 ! I called other places, no answer or they would be here tomorrow !
Jason and Mike were here within 30 min , trouble shot everything and had the part I needed right then and there to fix my AC problem 💪 . Even the price for everything was cheaper than my water bill 😉👍

Purchased a Goodman $5,000.00 Cash 24mon ago. The compressor blew 7-21 while patiently waiting for the warranty to be submitted my family was left for 2weeks waiting on Jason to handle this was a nightmare he didn't take care of it until later in the following week because we reminded him. When the compressor did come in he waited another whole day to get it to us because they working in new vacant homes leaving us to suffer knowing he had 2wks to prioritize this 4 days for compressor to come in he could of taken two hours to prioritize this and even handle it n a.m next day but no he completely disregarded and even laughed when the topic was brought up and not only did he NOT install it but wanted $1,100.00 cash if not he had his helpers drop it off on my lawn at the end of day and leave! Ultimately leaving us with no warranty repairs done or finished and still w/ no air conditioning in this South Texas August heat! Ample time(2wks) to warn me of that unexpected bill, not once even after making contact the night before about coming to "fix" our issue setting a time 1-3 no mention of bill.Thinking we would be desperate to want a/c and could try to rob us with that absurd bill. Prior to the dumping of my compressor on my yard the broken compressor was removed day before by Jerry(helper) during the process he released several pounds of coolant over course of several minutes right into my yard, organic garden my neighbors yard and atmosphere.The back was completely smogged out from the gas he negligently released! Jason acts like he got us a $1,300.00 part for free when he didn't pay for it because Goodman provided it. Disgusted with their lack of ethics and morals!

I didn't think companies like this still existed. They were on time, prompt, and excellent service. They definitely carry the values I like to see in a company. THAQ makes you feel like a person and not a number. I definitely recommend them.

Jason and his team are the best in the business. Since I moved into my home, which had some legacy issues that needed to be addressed, I’ve had multiple HVAC companies try to remedy our issues, including the major ones in town. I got the same canned, cookie cutter, and out of the box solutions from each and spent a significant amount only to be back at square one. Jason was horrified when I called him and told him the problem we were having with humidity upstairs and our inability to get consistent temperatures, and was even more horrified when he actually came and saw what previous contractors had attempted to do to resolve the issue. He made multiple visits to ensure he had the right solution designed for us, worked with our foam contractor who was there fix another contractors work, and righted each wrong committed by previous companies. THAQ offered us an intelligent approach to a unique problem and made sure that the solution that they proposed was fit for our specific home. Anyone can throw a unit in or fix a Freon leak, but handling each home individually given the circumstances presented to ensure a permanent solution is key. THAT is the difference between THAQ and the guys who advertise to the masses on TV. I’ll never use anyone else and that’s saying something for someone who is as meticulous and demanding of quality work as I am. THAQ did major work and were extremely fair with their price. Since the install, Jason, Gordon, and Charlie have been out to make sure everything has been working properly and have tweaked the system as necessary, which is not common in the service industry. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

From the moment I called, Jason and his team where friendly, informative, and fast to make an appointment. The technicians showed up when they said they would and while it took some time to diagnose the problem, they were fast to act on the repair. I’m very happy and would recommend them gladly.

Very professional company that showed up on time and installed my dehumidifier and new thermostat. My first time using them and was very pleased with service. Answered all my questions and took the time to explain what they were doing and how it would operate. Friendly and professional.

As a home inspection company owner, I can tell you my single greatest complaint phone call was cooling system failure. Since we started offering inspections with Jason and his team, those calls are non existent. He educated me and my guys enough to know clues we can find and when the buyers choose them for an HVAC inspection, they (and I) can rest assured they’re getting the truth and a quality system or repairs.

THAQ Had amazing service. My air conditioner was broken and needed to be repaired. They had a highly qualified technician out there right away. I was thinking I was going to need a new AC unit. But the incredibly knowledgeable Tech informed me it was a simple fix and all that was needed was a capacitor, and that the AC properly maintained would last for many years to come.
