I highly suggest Mike Wanzer A/C. I called at 8AM, they said the repaiman would be there anytime between 10 and 1. Tony showed up at 9:58AM. Fixed the wiring outside, next to the unit that my dog chewed and replaced an old transformer all within 1 hour. and at an affordable price!!!!

Wonderful service! My a/c stopped working, I called and asked for emergency service. They promptly responded and fix my system. Within a couple hours my a/c was up and running. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Once the call is made to Mike Wanzer AC the technician (Tony) is dispatched to the residence. This is the only AC company in Corpus Christi that can and will help ASAP. Courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong with calling this company. I 100% recommend if you are in need call.

Mike was reccomended to me by my grandmother who owns a few properties in Corpus. She has been doing business with him for quite some time and really trusts him. I'm so glad I listened to her and gave him a call. Not only was his secretary very nice and polite, but she was able to schedule our service for the next day. Mike came out and gave us a few options on how to proceed with our issue, explaining the problems and both options we could take. He didn't just push sales or upcharges on us. His prices are very affordable and he does business with honesty and integrity. We are very happy and so are our tenants.

Stay away from this company. Scott AC & Heating is disreputable and dishonest. They were paid for a service call in which they accomplished nothing, yet they continue to harass for payment that they did not earn. Shameful!

BEST Company I have ever dealt with for AC service. First of all they came to my boat and did a FREE estimate! I hired them on the spot. Chris was the "boss" that came over that day. He was honest, upfront, and very accommodating with my schedule. Today Chris sent 2 technicians to the boat.."Joe and Richard". They were Amazing the way they adapted my new Marine AC/heater into the small space where the 30 year old one was!!
I am Highly recommending this company and will have them back to replace a second unit on my boat soon !!! Also their prices are Very reasonable !!
