WARNING! Do not use this company's services whatsoever. We hired Justice Heating & Air Conditioning upon the warranty company's referral and my father's house was ruined by their inept employee. When my elderly father's air conditioning stopped working he had to call his warranty company for help and for some reason, Justice Heating & Air Conditioning is the company they use in the Corpus Christi area. The one repairman they sent out installed the coils in backwards and for several months water leakage slowly damaged the ceiling of our home without anyone's knowledge. The ceiling actually started to collect water and swell, eventually causing a drip. We didn't find out it was due to poor installation until an actual repairman came out to fix it and let us know. When confronted with this information, Jose stated, "go ahead and sue me!" then promptly hung up the phone. Needless to say we are in the process of suing. Please beware.

I called Justice Air Conditioning and Heating early Sunday morning after freezing over night due to having heater issues. The technician gave a time in which he would arrive at the house and was there 5 minutes early. He figured out our issue within minutes. Kind, courteous, and very knowledgable! Their 24 hour service is great, and I would highly recommend Justice AC!

Do not use this company! They have no morals or ethics and customers do not matter to them.
Arrived 2 hours late. I explained the problem, the 2 year old unit wasn't cooling below 79-80 and had been like that for several months. I have a window unit in my bedroom that has made it cool enough to get by so had been putting off calling for service. The technicians said the unit was 2 pounds low on freon. There might be a leak but since the problem had been going on for so long it must be a very small leak. They told me they could add more freon and that should last for a long time, rather than spend big bucks for a leak test. I was charged $75 for the visit and another $75 to add 2 pounds of freon. A 600% mark up of the actual cost of R410a by the way. Well nothing changed, the unit was cooling the same as before they came. I called and asked to speak to the owner, Jose Alvarez. Was told he would call me back. He never did so I called and complained to the woman who answered the phone. She gave me no apology or offer to send out another technician. She said I had a bad leak and I should have paid for the leak check. When I said I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau she hung up on me.

The 2 technicians that came out to our house 2 days in a row, were friendly and diligent. They were sent by our home warranty people and overall we were pleased with their work. We are so thankful they were able to get our AC up and running again!

I have used Justice since 2016 starting with a new Heater & AC unit. They are quick to service and easy to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone.

The serviceman, Robert, was exceptional & knowledgeable of my a/c problems with honesty, fair in prices, regarding a small or large work request, from residential homes to new builds, large apartment projects to corporate needs. My HVAC was leaking through my ceiling, when I called the company both receptionists that i spoke to were very kind and got a tech at my home right away! The tech was very curious and respectful walked me through what was wrong and also fixed everything within a timely manor! I am overall pleased with the service I received! 10/10 Highly recommend.

I paid to have roof repairs done and find out I still have a leak in the same spot as before and when I call to find out why it was not done correctly the first time I was given the run around and was given a quote to do repairs again That is not what they promise to service the customer

Very pleased with Justice, I called for my a/c and a guy was at my home within an hour and fixed my problem. I'm thankful for this company, the service guy was very knowledgeable and proficient. FIRST COMPANY that made me feel like he wasn't just trying to get money out of me! I was unaware of their new services so i'm looking forward to my appointment for the remodeling I need done. I will be using justice for any future issues I may have.

These are the nicest people ever. They are so knowledgeable and didn’t make us wait. They quickly repaired our unit and we were back up and running in not time at all.

Had A/C work done prior and the guys messed it up. Called Justice Inc and A/C guy came right away and fixed the problem and explained what happened. Great service and reasonably priced. Would recommend this company to anyone with A/C issues.

We've been using Justice A/C for over 11 years, since they installed our original system. The service they have provide has always been great. The service tech's have always been on time, and they even make an effort after normal hours. We don't know what we would do without them during these hot Texas summers!

I called Justice Inc. this morning because my 30+ year old A/C was not cooling. Shortly after my call, a technician arrived during the scheduled time.
The technician was professional and treated me with respect. After looking at both the inside and outside units, he fixed the issue within the hour. I was thrilled to learn that I would not have to replace my 30+ year old unit. I have used Justice Inc. for the past years and will continue to use them in the future. They have been responsive, reliable and perform quality work for a fair price.

Justice Inc. comes through again! This past month we had to replace two old AC units at two separate properties. Both units were extremely old, Jose worked with me on installation and cost (2 units - 30 days ouch). What a great person. I've worked with Jose and his Company for over 20 years. I won't use anyone else. Dependable and good for our community. Thanks to everyone at Justice. Also, they stand behind their work which is huge.

Bought an brand new 8000.00 dollar unit they installed it using the old wire out lines and had to come out 4 times in the first year they claimed when their was a leak found in the line under the house that we were responsible for both the call and the refrigerant due to it being animals that caused it but if they had of installed it right lifting the lines off the ground instead of leaving them on the ground their would have been no leak they also said they would come out and fix it if I found the leak so I bought the copper lines and they have ignored our calls to come fix it since

****WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 75$ TO COME OUT AND THEN OVER CHARGE YOU LIKE CRAZY FOR ANY LABOR****** So our AC went out and my wife decided to call this commpany mainly because they could be out to the house the same day (75$ fee to come tell you what is wrong) They get out there and look around and come to the conclusion that its the blower motor. Which they were correct, it was in fact the blower motor that was seized up. They also added on cleaning the blower wheel and evap coil. He gets done and says he is headed straight to his office to give us a quote to fix the ac (this is 9:00 AM) i call them at 1:00PM and they havent received his service paper yet and i told them ITS 90 DEGREES IN MY HOUSE I NEED TO GET THIS AC WORKING. The lady said she will call and get it, i called at 4 and finally got the total these people seriously tried to charge me $1850.00!!!!!!!!!!!!! to replace my blower motor, 700$ to clean my SLIGHTLY dirty evap coil and blower wheel, labor, $40.00 for my $4.90 capacitor and access to ge to my blower motor!!!! I ended up getting it all done for 402$ parts were 202$. DO NOT GET THESE PEOPLE TO YOUR HOUSE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY 2000$ FOR ANY WORK TO GET DONE!!!!!!!!!! I INCLUDED A PICTURE

Even after I told him that I was not the franchise owner or the decision-maker, he still explained things to me with words that I could understand, and was very genuine when he said that he was sorry that we were experiencing the discomfort of not having air conditioning in the office.

The HVAC at our house went out last night so we slept with the windows open, which was pretty hot since it's July in South Texas. I was not looking forward to spending the day without AC, so called Joe at Justice Inc on the advice of my neighbor at 8 AM and described the issue we were having on the phone with Joe. He gave me a quote that seemed fair and said that his guy was going to move us to the top of the list. His repair guy was here by 9 AM, had the part in his truck, and was able to get our HVAC going in under an hour. The repair guy seemed knowledgeable and did a few other checks to make sure what he had replaced (the capacitor) actually fixed the problem -- it did.
I like supporting a small local business instead of a national chain. The service was quick, which is super important on a hot day in July. That's worth a lot.

We recently used Justice A/C for our store A/C repair. Justice A/C was our choice by recommendation as well as knowing the owner Jose when he originated his business. After a very hot day working in the store on Sunday, Justice was called Monday morning at 10am to look at the A/C Repair job. He scheduled a 2pm appointment and arrived one hour earlier. Within ten minutes Jose identified the problem, gave me options to perform the A/C repair. He didn't have the part needed for the repair he gave us a temporary repair just so we weren't without A/C. The A/C repair will be completed once he finds the part needed.
Recommended for all A/C Repairs.
