Wow- reasonable prices and upfront communication regarding permitting and services expectations. Truly trust these folks- corrected a 20 year old hot mess and was very reasonable in the cost.

After a bid process, this company had the best bid, and also the best communication process of the permitting needs and time frames - no fluff. The project was commercial and involved a crane and replacing units over 30 years old - which always has surprises. These professionals corrected the past messes and made everything perfect and up to code. The additional cost for the unknown situations were held low. One-stop shop for everything needed - easy and professional.

one of the most professional and hard working guys I have met here. On time, prepared, knowledgeable and competitively priced. Eli was great, he came out and took a look at our aged AC system and told us that we only really needed to replace the outdoor compressor unit and came in with a quote that was surprisingly good. When we accepted it, he scheduled us for 2 days from the date and showed up right on time completed the work quickly. If you're considering HVAC service or repair, Eli is the guy to call.

Eli was great to work with! Very knowledgeable, considerate and affordable. A part that another A/C company installed a few years back and they charged four times the amount he did and he was in and out. We also had him address a micro growth issue in our house and he had everything cleaned and fixed within an hour at a very affordable price. When others said I needed to do all these other expensive, extensive things to my system, he had some very simple and affordable fixes and was honest and trustworthy through the whole process. I couldn't recommend him enough!

Took a while to get in but the unload was quick and staff were helpful.

Staff was knowable and had the correct part in stock. Purchased other parts as a “just in case” the likely part did not accomplish the job. It takes me about an hour to get to the store. The staff behind the counter noted that I could return the unused items. I returned to the store to return the item and was met with an “I’m sorry, we don’t return electrical items”. He noted that it was printed on the receipt. I explained what I was previously told by their staff. I received a “we should do better” explanation. K. Message received, find a different store.
