I have a large Manitowoc ice machine. Tried several other service companies but Wally at W White was the only one who actually took the time to diagnose what was wrong with the machine before starting to pull parts out of it. Another service company told me I needed a new compressor when it was just a loose wire. Wally has worked on my machine a couple times since and every time I am super happy I found him. He also serviced my non-typical air conditioning/heater in my house and was spot on about what was wrong when I was so sure it was something else. Could not be happier. Every time Wally comes out I am actually happy to pay the bill. Thank goodness there is a person who actually knows how stuff works.

Tech that came to fix my water leak under my inside unit didn't complete the job. The following day another tech (Michael) came and was very knowledgeable about the problem, had excellent customer service skills, took the time to explained the problem, cleaned the inside lines thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Wayne White.

I had called five or six AC specialist to come out on a Friday at 5 PM. Everybody was either full or they did not answer their phone. W.white air conditioning answered and immediately sent somebody out. I have a three-month-old baby and so waiting for Monday was not an option. John came within an hour and a half of the phone call and was able to properly diagnose the issue and repaired in a timely manner. He was very friendly and courteous. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.

We have used this company for many years with good results. Not sure what has happened to them but be warned! Had service call to detect leak in unit. He put dye in unit to find leak at a later date. Was told in a few weeks he would return to find the leak. Time passed without any call. When we called we were given the run around. We paid the huge bill from the visit promptly while waiting for the return visit. Confusing that they didn't want to come back to make more money! We have had it taken care of by another company who was very professional. I would advise others to call another company for their needs. Very unprofessional company!!

I made an appointment to have my AC serviced. It took the tech about 20 minutes. The tech then went to his van and it took 20 minutes for him to do the invoice. I was charged 1.5 hours for labor. When I called to question it they reduced it to 1 hour for the labor. While speaking with Maria in billing, I stated that I assume that this was not standard practice with this company. She got defensive when I said that maybe that they should have a conversation with this tech. Will never use them again.

Terrible management and TERRIBLE DISPATCH TEAM. We purchased a brand new AC / Heat System & did the top of the line. One Hour installed it and would say this is first one they installed. Now they have been out at my house over ten times, they have replaced circuit boards, blower, fuses and it still doesn’t work. They need to replace the system with something they know how to work on. THIS IS TERRRIBLE! As of now the ac doesn’t work. They have come 3 days in a row and they don’t know what they are doing. Where is the Project Manager or Director to sort this out.
