Professional operation. First call, text updates were informative. Technician was polite, knowledgeable and presented a neat, professional appearance. Felt comfortable leaving Nathan D do his thing. Will definitely use One Hour again. Signed up for scheduled maintenance.

Our technician was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He was in and out in no time. Let me say that you guys are the best company I have dealt with in my 71 years on this planet. You are constant professionals and everything you do.

We purchased a mini-split from One Hour Heating slightly less than three years ago, and the main board fried because of 2 cooked lizards. They told us Monday 9/25/2025 that the warranty only covers the parts not the labor, which I can accept. Then they told us that the labor can take up to 3 hours to install for $917.96, which I thought was high, but I need the AC to work and a new unit costs more. They replaced the board today 9/26/2025 and the technician showed up at 8:05 AM and was done with the install and had the invoice in hand by 9:06 AM and decides $917 is the rate we need to pay for this install. This is highway robbery for only paying for 1 hour of labor. On top of this, the technician yesterday said that the $129 diagnostic fee would be applied to the $917.96 which also did not happen. We were told that the diagnostic fee only applies for residential not commercial. So the total repair cost for a warrantied AC was $1046.96. I would strongly recommend using a more honest company for your heating and air conditioning needs. Completely regretting our 20 year customer loyalty now.

Edit: I would love to have a discussion about this. What number should I call because there has been no call to my office and we have already tried the local One Hour AC office where we were informed they did not have the authority to make any changes?

(Matthew) - I got a text from my mother that the AC was out and thought I'd troubleshoot it. I found the blown 3A fuse but no apparent short so we called One Hour H&A. Matthew showed up and immediately began diagnosing and documenting. Turned out there was a short in the thermostat wiring outside - Matthew trimmed up a fresh wire nut connection, popped in fresh fuse and we were good to go again. I was very impressed with Matthews thorough evaluation and professionalism. He took good care of us and we will ask for him again. Ask for Matthew by name!

Ramon did a great job on my scheduled maintenance. Very professional & very thoughtful of my home. I would highly recommend him.

I called at 1pm to schedule & a tech arrived at 2pm. Friendly, kind & explained & showed me everything he was working on. 10/10 recommend Patrick Callis as a service tech.

One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating did a fantastic job getting us a new AC the next day after our compressor failed. They also cared enough to provide us with a portable unit to get us through the night! They are all professional, respectful of your property, and worked tirelessly to get the job done right, even when we had some complications. Thank you Robert Sanchez for coming late, figuring it out, and doing a great job!

Matthew made certain to find my new address late in the evening to troubleshoot AC not functioning. He was thorough in problem solving and explained the process to resolve. He also gave suggestions to prevent issues going forward. Very pleasant and professional!
UPDATE: 2/26 - Matthew performed maintenance checks & changed filter. He recommended a UV light product to inhibit microbial growth at Attic Handler. That was installed today for a much appreciated discount price for being in 1 Hour Service Program. He has a positive and professional attitude and is patient in answering my questions. I like the detailed follow-up email notes w/Photos!

One Hour AC services are great at what they do. Patrick is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He provided the costs and the part on the company truck. Was able to service my unit to get it running with the hour. He had some great recommendations. The recommendation was to protest the unit from power surges. That suggestion will help electrical problems and protect the compressor. This was an added expense but worth future service calls and repairs. Thank you!!! John G.

Our technicians Kenneth Allen and Michael Dorris arrived on time. They were knowledgeable and courteous! They got what I thought was going to be a huge problem resolved in record time. I left them at my house while I went to pick up my husband from the airport. When I returned home they had finished. The issues were completely resolved and they left everything tidy!
I highly recommend them to anyone that wants the job done properly!

Ramon is an awesome technician. He did a very thorough job with our AC unit. He was very experienced and shared with me everything I needed to know about the work he did. He completely resolved our AC issue. I'm very grateful for him.

Marco was very nice and knowledgeable. First of all he came out at 9pm which was amazing since no one else would. Next He looked at everything and found the problem pretty quickly. After cleaning my whole outside unit he advised me on how to prevent the problem in the future. He did a great job. If you call them I highly recommend Marco GONZALEZ, request him you will be as impressed as I was.

Great service and was at my home in less than 45 minutes. Patrick was great - came in, gave me an immediate diagnosis and quote, and asked if I wanted to proceed with no pressure. He got the job done fast and communicated well.

Michael and Anthony came out and quickly diagnosed the issues with our air conditioner. Between the twi visits, bith employees were knowledgeable, skilled, and worked quickly to resolve the problems we had. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and were kind and professional the entire time. They were communicative about what issues we had and what was done to resolve them. I appreciate the honest values both Michael , Anthony, and One Hour Air conditioning hold themselves to. I feel this is a company that has employees I can trust. I have not ever had a bad experience with one hour air conditioning and know I can rely on their workers as they display tremendous integrity. Thank you!

I recently had HVAC maintenance done by Cody, and I was extremely impressed with the his professionalism and expertise. He not only completed the routine service thoroughly, but also recommended a much-needed part called a “soft start”. Since having it installed, the lights no longer flicker when the unit turns on, and the system starts SMOOTHLY without a jolt.
His knowledge and clear explanation of how the soft start would help, gave me complete confidence in the recommendation. (I believe that this upgrade may even have a slight impact on my energy bill.). Thank you!
