Cody Carpenter came to my house and quickly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system. He showed me the issue and explained what was needed to fix the issue. Parts were ordered and the following week Cody came back, he removed and replaced the parts in a timely fashion. Great job and great customer service!

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!! Our air conditioner stopped working in the evening and they were there about an hour after I called. Michael Dorris was great. Total professional, honest, efficient and got our air up and running before we went to sleep. Highly recommend this company and Michael. We will be signing up for a maintenance contract.

Brad was very professional along with his partner, Marino. They did a complete demo & air duct replacement and replaced my heating and cooling system . The guys were hardcore nonstop. Brad was so very kind and patient and answered all of my questions.

We had to call for the second time when a Spector came and still couldn’t find the leak also without a discount from September which was literally two and a half weeks ago. He had equipment in car but didn’t continue the full inspection and automatically suggested for a salesman to sell us a new unit. Our inspector seemed pretty timid and didn’t seem too confident in what he was suggesting also informed us he was new to the company which didn’t put us at ease. We already have had 5 lbs of refrigerant put into our unit since the end of September and our AC is still not performing well. Also have put 600 dollars into paying for the refrigerant that wasn’t discussed with us before putting it in. The only reason I am giving any stars at all is because they showed up sooner than later and were nice guys.

OneHour is always on the ready. They sent Nathan out to my because my AC wasnt cooling & he diagnosed the problem & got it fixed in no time. Its always excellent service from their whole team!

Cody did an outstanding job with my AC! He quickly identified the problem and replaced the capacitor. He even went up to the attic with me, took the time to show me a few things, and explained that everything up there looked good. Cody also made sure to check my primary and secondary lines and confirmed they were installed correctly, along with the safe switch.

This meant a lot to me because two previous technicians from the company had told me the safe switch was in the wrong line and needed to be changed, but Cody showed me it was actually done right the first time. His knowledge and honesty gave me real peace of mind.

I truly appreciate Cody’s professionalism, attention to detail, and the way he explained everything so clearly. He definitely knows his stuff, and I would highly recommend him anytime!

I had an excellent experience with Nathan, our AC technician. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and why it was necessary. His professionalism and clear communication gave me complete confidence in the work being done. One Hour AC did a great job! The young technician, Nathan, was very professional and attentive. He took the time to find the issue with my client’s AC and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate his professionalism and care.

This company rips you off. My AC was not working and they came out and said it was an issue with my thermostat that it was not putting out the right voltage and said we need a new thermostat. They took out my smart thermostat and installed a basic cheap $40 thermostat. The AC worked for about a week and went out again. I looked up the cost of the thermostat that was installed and it is literally a $40 piece of equipment and they charged us over $800 to install. I installed my last smart thermostat and it worked for several months just fine. This company will rob you blind!!!! Do not trust them!

Mike was excellent explaining everything that was not working in current house AC system, showing the bandaid fixes to the band aid fixes, lack of freon in the system and the steps required to repair it. Unfortunately, that is not an option at this point, and Mike broke the news to us gently. He then explained the options the company has for a replacement system, outlining them perfectly, taking into consideration our needs and wants. We came to the decision and once again explained the steps in the removal and installation process, and worked some major on his end to get this all done tomorrow, so we wouldn't have to bake in our juices over the weekend. Total class, excellent knowledge base, awesome people skills. Mike is great at his job! Couldn't be happier with our experience!

A/C repair can be very stressful. The One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating came the same day to diagnose the problem and my tech Matthew offered multiple solutions to our problem, explaining what options were best. Highly recommend

Matthew was professional and took time to ensure all was well and explained the services completed. Also took time for a followup issue that has been on going. He explained about the Companies down sizing and new computer system updates, may have as I know could loose some information of customers complaints or issues that need to be addressed.
