Called Indoor Air Specialist on a Sunday morning. Gregg arrived at the within the promised timeframe. Another plus he had all parts that were needed to do the repair in less than an hour. Very professional, he took time to explain what he was replacing and showed me the parts and their function. If you’re looking for fast and reliable A/C repair or installation, Indoor Air Specialties is a great company! The owner Gregg is friendly and explains everything in detail. He fixed another company’s bad installation job for me AND told me the parts were still under warranty. He is an honest person to deal with and found the problem quickly. I had called the original company and they couldn’t find the problem and were going to charge me to fix everything they did wrong! Luckily a friend recommended Indoor Air Specialties for my AC repair. I will use them from now on! Thank you Gregg!!

I went through Greg at Indoor air specialties at the beginning of September when my ac went out. He was very reasonable on cost and worked with me so we could get my ac up and running so my toddler didn't have to suffer in the heat! He was awesome and his guys were fast and efficient. I highly recommend this company! It's not often you find good people with good business practices and we have to support those companies whenever we can!

I had my AC go out on a 98°F Saturday afternoon and called [another company] for emergency service only to get an answering service and no call back from the company. After 2 hours of baking in my house I called Indoor Air Specialties and Gregg had someone at my house within 30 minutes and my AC was cooling in no time.
The other company called me back after 3 hours...it was 95°F in my house... you shouldn't have to wait that long for "emergency" service.

Gregg came out about an hour after I called for service. He diagnosed the problem with my A/C as a defective compressor. He repaired it quickly at a much cheaper price than I expected. With temps being as high as they have been in the area, it was a relief having a cooler house again.
