I never leave reviews but im very upset and it's hard to get me this upset. We had a tech come out here on May 28 , said " he did testing" and found nothing wrong, that all components were working properly. I had an odd feeling about the guy cause he looked rushed but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Anyway all of June we kept batteling it out with this texas heat still wondering how nothing is cooling, yet the tech said it's good to go. We couldnt take the heat anymore and decided to spend some more money to get a second opinion and guess what?! The new tech was able to instantly see what was wrong. There was a Big leak that had been happening since before the guy from this company came out here. So Shame on you! He either didnt care and just wanted the money or truly does not know what hes doing!

I was in need of a plumber and they got my plumbing issues take care of real quick. Thank you for taking care of of me. Don’t waste your time and money looking for plumbers give them a call.

We have used Justice for several years for all our heating and air conditioning needs. They take care of us promptly and efficiently. When we need help with heat/ac Justice is the only number we call.

I am so glad I decided to call Justice AC...I called acouple of other places after 6 PM, when I got home from work because my house was hot. Two places went open and one said I'd have to wait until the next day. The tech with Justice AC answered and came by and fixed the problem in less than an hour. And the cost didn't break the bank. Thank you Justice AC!

In June of 2009 when my a/c & heating unit was installed the service was great but unknowingly to me they installed a faulty coil. But when they discovered it was faulty, they didn't say "oh, Mrs. Rodriguez let use replace it for you it was our fault. No, instead when I discovered it was faulty and I called them they said it would be $1,350.00 to replace or if I cut my wall they would only charge me $575.00. WHAT?????? Pay $1,350 or save money by cutting my wall and pay $575. And how much to repair the wall? Huh I said no to both options. You want to scam people by installing faulty equipment then charge an arm & leg to replace it on top of the already $5,000 I paid to install the first unit.

After a long week of events that were out of everybody's control, we had service from a great tech. He was good at what he does. He walked me through what he was doing, and was polite and kind. The office staff, when I called made sure that everything was in line, and that the same mistake was not made twice. Although we had some issues, nobody is perfect, sometimes stuff does happen, but if parties work together like Justice did with me, calm, cool and collective, it all works out. I would choose Justice to come out again and fix my a/c.

Replaced my inside and outside unit. While working up in the attic, the guy almost fell through my ceiling. I didn't make a big deal about it, I was glad the guy was okay. They said they would repair the ceiling and I was okay with that. IT has now been a month and they have not been back to repair it. They just covered up the hole in my ceiling and now i have to do the repair work myself. They were also to return to install a thermostat, and they have yet to do that as well. Very unprofessional, and i am truly disappointed.

I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of Air Conditioning repairs in Ingleside Texas! I spoke to Christian. He was super helpful and explained everything perfectly to me during this very stressful time. Booking my appointment was super easy and convenient, call them you won’t regret it!

There nice, until after they are paid to replace your air conditioning units. Then there attitude changes with repeated service call requests to fix there shoddy work. After the third unit. I've gone elsewhere. I should have learned sooner. Do you're self a favor and hire someone else. Just read Justice reply of complete lies. Firstly, I don't have a boyfriend that left me!!! Secondly I didn't cus anyone out Thirdly, they could have returned and fixed there shoddy work. But they choose not to. Buy from them and every unit will require some type of service from them every 3 to six months. Then see what happens????
