Extremely Professional! Ac went out they were at the house in a very reasonable time. And scheduled install of new systems the next day. Less than I expected. Planned to take the day off to be home for the install. They were very fast and courteous of my kids running around. Ended up only taking a half a day and was great knowing everything was done right! Thank you guys!

I cannot thank THAQ heating and cooling for their wonderful service they have performed for me in the past. I ended up having a air conditioner problem and I called a different company to get the AC system repaired. That company ended up coming out and said that I needed the AC replaced and it was going to be over $14000. After they left I decided that I would get a second opinion on my air conditioner. I ended up calling THAQ heating and cooling and they had one of their service trucks come out. The technician was so kind and wonderful he ended up diagnosing my my whole AC system. In the end e said I just had a bad capacitor and ended up replacing that and the AC system fired up working great. I haven't thought much about that until today when I was going through an old Box of receipts and it's been 2 years since they repaired my air conditioner. I decided that I would leave them a review today. It's been 2 years and my AC system has just been phenomenal I just want to say thank you to THAQ for their wonderful service their honesty. I did stop by their offices earlier and dropped of a thank you gift because good, reliable, companys like them are hard to come by. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN. RICHARD REYES

This company is amazing!! We’ve had two issues with our AC over the past few years and both times Jason has been here within minutes and has fixed the problem promptly- he is very knowledgeable and explains what exactly is wrong so you know how to look out for problems in the future. Super friendly and trustworthy. Can’t recommend this company enough!!

Gordon was very professional and friendly. He arrived three hours after I called to let them know there was a minor problem with our AC they installed last year. It was fixed by noon. All good experiences with this company.

Grade A service every time! Jason and his team have the quickest response time I’ve ever seen from an AC company. They are always professional and polite and put the customer first rather than trying to make a quick buck. Gladly recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right the first time!

A big thank you to Jason and Mike at THAQ Heating and Cooling Solutions for fixing our furnace on such short notice, and for doing such a solid job. The air conditioning is working so much better as well. We definitely noticed a big difference right away. Great service. Very attentive to needs before even trying to make the sale. Detailed oriented install and a need to get it right. Love our new A/C and will definitely use these guys again for future needs.
Update: Even better service than I thought. There was a small issue that kept the new system running and Mike jumped right on it with a 15 min response time at 7:30PM. I was fully expecting a night without. These guys know how to treat a customer right.

I have used other ac company's in the past. Their work was never any good. After using THAQ I will never use another AC company. They explain what needs to be fixed. Warranty all their work. And are so professional. They are the most trustworthy company. Having them repair my air-conditioning unit makes me very comfortable and I know the job was done right.

Jason was great! Super knowledgeable and even got our old AC half working the night we called so that we wouldn't need to sit in extreme for 2 more days! His team replaced our entire HVAC unit. They were very kind as well. Already passed his number on to friends!

No one answer to assist me when I needed a part/service got the voicemail several times

teach your drivers not to cut people off on the highway. shouldn't have to hit my brakes because your people don't know how to drive.
