They do go work but terrible communication

I came in for an APU repair and gave them a good review on the tablet outside the service office because I got in and out less than 2 hours. But after I left I noticed a large scratch on my steering wheel and that night in Houston the same problem came back. Now I’m at TK of Houston getting it looked at again.

Marlon is so amazing ever I seen! I recommend yall to use their service and he’s deaf it soooo badass!

Outrageous pricing. Called day prior for a part and told office I would pick up following work day. Initially was supposed to pay 58$. I arrive at office next business day and was told he had just sold it and only one he had in stock was 158$ return grille. Price gouging for sure. Don't recommend to anyone that's in search of HVAC parts.

Chris Almond at winsupply was integral in helping us obtain a grinder pump system when everyone else on the city was unable to, along with two of Navian's NP240S, all at advantageous prices.

VERY. VERY unprofessional and disrespectful. I have never had such an unprofessional and unpleasant experience with any company of any sorts. He talked as if we were stupid and was very condescending. Acted like a used car salesman and talked poorly of past employers and competitors. Then when we let him know that we chose someone else to work with he hung up after being rude. Would actually rate 0 out of 5 stars if possible.
