The A/C is not working, please contact us. It is pretty warm and we need some relief.

Preventive maintenance services appear to have been done but one month later my stop cooling and kept running.

They worked on my mother-in-law‘s (71 yr old) AC unit the next morning it was 80° by 8:00 AM. I tried calling the business and no return call. Call his cell number on the business card. I get no answer or the phone is off. I paid him for 400.00 cash.

Courteous, respectful, professional. Wouldn't use anyone else for my heating needs. Wouldn't think of using anyone else. And this time they asked me could they come over and install a new part.
