I requested a new grill to replace the old damaged one. L. Whitt sent one via service tech, Porfie, of whom installed it having to trim the wall. He was very professional doing the job.

Called Malek on a Sunday afternoon to repair my AC. Ruben quickly figured out the problem and had the fan motor replaced within the hour. We were very impressed with him and Malek.

Malek has shown up when I need them and has consistently been able to provide solutions. This is the most important thing to me. AC costs are never going to be cheap, but the Bill's have usually been reasonable.

Placed service call with Cheryl. She was very helpful & pleasant to deal with. Daniel (tech) was out within 1-1/2 hours. Immediately diagnosed & fixed problem. Would highly recommend Malek & Daniel.

I’ve been using Malek Inc. for years on my residential home and this past weekend was the first time you gave me reason to cuss you. First off your tech miss diagnosis the problem which cost me the price of a circuit board that wasn’t needed. Then when I called to try and get somebody out to fix for the second time what should have been fixed the first time I was told the charge would be time and half.

That’s just plain crap. Ended up having to call somebody else to get the job done correctly which the problem was solved and repaired. Apparently the little man is not important to you anymore.

Malek installed worst A/C we've ever had. A Trane. It came with the house we purchased new not 4 years ago. We did register equipment to get 10 extended warranty but that only covers parts not labor. Since the 1st year warranty ran out we've had to have it serviced 7 times. I would not recommend this company or the products they install.

Back in 2012 I had my whole ac replaced from inside to outside including the duck work . I couldn’t get in the attic to make sure that the work was done the way they said it was done and the way the drawings showed. Now it’s 2023 and had water in a light cover that could have burned my house down. Opened up the ceiling and to my surprises I had 12 feet of old duck work that they had spliced to new duck work. Once I told Malek AC about it they came out and saw all of the sweating on the old duct work they gave me a quote for $1900. I though I had already paid for it. I would never use Malek AC again. I don’t trust them at all. Tiger AC come out to replace the air duck for $275.00 so be very careful who you call.

I owned a condo in corpus, had a water leak and the condo association called Malek. Without prior authorization Malek billed me for over $2,000. They told no one. They replaced a 12” pipe and left my condo in a terrible mess. 3 months later I receive a bill. Horrible company, there’s many options for plumbers in corpus, stay away from these folks.

These guys did an excellent job in and out fast and actually took time to explain things since I'm new to having an apu they won't answer a phone but they call you back which surprised me since I didn't leave a message so that was also a plus. Absolutely coming back for work on my apu if I'm in the area when it needs it
