Joel Vaughn a very polite young man very professional and awesome. Joel took care of our issues and explained what he did.

Joel Vaughn was a very respectable and knowledgeable gentleman! He is, I’m sure a valuable employee!!! We did not pay anything this visit, it was included in our maintenance program with y’all. So when I put down that I paid one to $200 I actually did not pay that today. It was already included.

Called in the morning & they were here within a couple of hours. Our tech, Taylor was very knowledgeable in his work and found the problem quickly. Will use them in the future!

Michael was punctual, polite, and super knowledgeable. Diagnosed my system quickly and efficiently and offered multiple repair options. Will definitely use Airserv again because of him.

Dalen was very professional and did a great job on all my A/C’s. Definitely will use Aire Serv again.

Ok service, not much of a give and take, pretty bland communication with the tech on status of assessment, diagnosis fee is pretty expensive and today I'm still waiting for a written report of findings to better address my customers HVAC needs and get an authorization. Pretty much just out for that diagnosis fee, even though I don't get paid for tending to my customer needs in 60-90-120 days from time I send my invoice in, but at this point looks like it'll be longer because I don't have pics,written assessment, mfg of unit, model and serial number like I instructed!
Been doing this for almost 20 years and still companies that think they're well set up still fail me once again with basic instructions yet still call to "demand" their payment when they haven't fulfilled instructions so that I too can someday get paid!!!
Furthermore they say $195 diagnosis fee yet I get a charge of $214, guess they added taxes which isn't allowable on diagnosis (personnel) showing up unless there's parts and extra work done! Or they should just tell me the price with tax that'd allow me to make my decision, that being the case I'd say no to anything over $200.00. We don't get anywhere that for assessment and diagnosis of any MEP systems!!!
Oh well live and learn, meanwhile I'll be waiting for my written diagnosis along with other pertinent information I need to move forward with my quote and materials.

My AC system wasn't kicking on and Joel found the problem quickly and fixed the issue. He also gave good guidance moving forward to avoid problems. Highly recommend!!

Joel and Dalen spent most of the day at our business for routine maintenance on our 5 units. Both young men were respectable of our place of business causing little to no disruption, they even cleaned the floor before leaving! Both knowledgeable and polite, made a pretty good team if you ask me!

We had our AC go out while we were here for the weekend. Thankfully, Taylor was the technician sent to our place. He worked tirelessly for TWO days to diagnose and fix the issues. He thinks and acts like the company owner. He was very knowledgable, diligent and courteous. You could tell his concern was the satisfaction of the customer and reputation of the company. Cannot recommend him enough!
