Gilbert was really great. While my concern about our ac turned out to be a nom issue, he noticed that a previous routine inspection and cleaning (every 6 months) that was done on May 2 by Beyer, was not done properly, the cleaning and inspection was incomplete. He redid the entire inspection and cleaning properly, proving most of the Beyer crew are not taking shortcuts. To be clear, we have used Beyer for over 20 years and this is our first real issue.
Our previous purchases for replacement hvac and the years of inspections have all been positive experiences as my prior reviews will state. This isn't so much a bad review as it is prais for Gilbert and his dedication to the customer.

I am, however, still waiting for management to reach out and discuss this issue, as the poor job done by the previous technician could have caused a significant issue as we head into a long hot summer.

In my 50 plus years of dealing with AC technicians I've never had a more positive experience than the one we just had with Emil Salem of Beyer AC & Heating. His expertise was apparent from our first handshake. He spent a lot of time explaining the problem and solutions to it. I am so glad we chose Beyer. They were professional, timely, and very considerate. We had an issue come up during the service that had nothing to do with anything they did wrong. However, because it happened when they were at our home, they stood by the other shoddy work done by a different HVAC company and made it right. They didn't charge us for that, and they stayed on top of it. Our system works better than it has since we've lived here, and these will be our new "go-to" technicians. We nearly got scammed by one company, and the original HVAC people had everything ALLLLLLL kinds of hodgepodge patched and WRONG. THANK YOU, Beyer!!! :-)

Quick and efficient service. I called late on a Friday afternoon and Beyer Boys was there in a couple of hours. Minor issue was found and quickly fixed with no dishonest upsell. Great experience!

Late Saturday night the capacitor in the attic failed. Early Sunday morning I scheduled an early morning repair for the same day, using their online service. Beyer Air Conditioning and Heating responded right away, confirming my appointment, and repairing my air conditioner well before noon the same day. Emil was very professional, letting me know what he was looking for and what he found, and how he was going to proceed, and what the cost would be. I highly recommend Beyer HVAC!

Tech Jason was professional and common sensical. Checked system thoroughly and had him install halo purifier system as dust, allergens and microbes in system have been causing us mild respiratory issues in master bedroom. Excellent service and bought maintenance package. Highly recommend

At 2pm I requested an appointment online and the only appointment slot available was 5-10pm. I did not want to wait all night so I called the number I received after booking that appointment. Emil Salem from Beyer Air Conditioning & Heating called me back and came early to our home on a Sunday afternoon with a smile on his face and a great attitude. He professionally diagnosed, performed maintenance on two units, and educated me on various maintenance plans enabling our home to remain cool while temps were in the mid 90's outside. He completed all the work within two hours and left before 5:30. I am very pleased and highly recommend Beyer Air Conditioning & Heating for all your HVAC needs.

Beyer Bros removed and replaced both my attic and outside units. Mauricio was professional and efficient when providing me with estimate. Was able to schedule the job quickly. Three techs spent 8 hours in my hot attic and outside. Bravo! They explained everything well. I recommend Beyer Bros highly!

Always courteous and friendly attitude from both customer service and service techs, even in terrible hot weather and the day after a holiday weekend, they came out the same day we called and got our ac back up and running, and blew out drain lines to stop water from backing up in drain pan. Later we found ac not working and called them at 9pm and they sent another service tech out to fix the problem, (unit had been left unplugged) at 10:30pm which we really appreciated and they didn’t charge us anything since they had left the unit unplugged. Always happy with the service we get from Beyer.

We have been Beyer clients for the years & years. Our current unit is second they have installed. Excellent staff from office to the knowledgeable great guys who do the work. Beyer Boys = Dependability, expertise, kindness. I met the owners of the company 30 years ago in a Bible study class. Their principles & values are reflected in the company they built. Blessed to have found Beyer Boys.

Most recently, we had an issue with our unit shutting off, protected by a code-required switch if condensation pan fills & drainage is somehow blocked. Our primary drain line ( installed in new construction) goes into a bathroom sink, less than ideal. Jason Is the Beyer PROFESSIONAL who came out within 24 hrs of our call ( would’ve been sooner except we had an apptmt!). He assessed and determined and remedied the problem rather quickly including some great education about options & planning for prevention of future such issues. Jason knows his stuff!!!! From the first phone call, I was impressed with the team. The person who took my call asked pertinent questions to set the initial appointment up and provided me with information as to what I should expect. The company sent me updated texts providing me with the name , time of arrival and photograph of the representatives who would be arriving. The representatives arrived on time, were cognizant of their impact on my house as they donned shoe covers before entering my home. They explained everything well, provided me with four separate estimates for different options and explained the timeline to a “T”. The installation was schedule for the next day after my decision to go with them. The technicians arrived on-time and worked until the job was done. The techs cleaned everything up upon completing the job and walked us through the operation of our new a/c unit. They earned my return business for preventative maintenance and the future a/c replacement on my other property. Great job to all!
