We are extremely grateful for Jason's outstanding service. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue with our motor and even checked its warranty status. Fortunately, it was still under warranty, and thanks to his diligence, he saved us a significant amount of money. We truly appreciate his professionalism and expertise. We have gotten "Top Notch" service since moving to Beyer Air Conditioning. Wendy has been great in assisting and directing our needs from the office. The Technician who responded to our last call was Jacob Leal. My husband told me that he knew Jacob understood our problem and had the solution, just by speaking to him on the phone. Upon his quick and on time arrival, he went directly to the problem, explained the trouble and the fix, in a way the could be easily understood, then proceeded to complete the work. He was respectful, fast, and cleaned behind his work. I would say, during a time when companies are cutting back on services, it's worthwhile to have a company out there that still remembers, good customer services, brings more customers. I recommend this company to all my family and friends. Thank you Beyer Air for what you do and how you do it.

We have been using Beyer AC for years, and particular like to see Isiah when he is available. Isiah is very knowledgeable and determined to make things right. Also he explains things - highly recommend!

I called for a house inspection for our heating and cooling system. The next day, Clayton showed up early for our appointment. Clayton was a good listener and answered all my questions. He shared some suggestions on what I might expect since my system is 20 years old. He was respectful, intelligent and easy to like.

We’re in Rockport. Clayton S solved our problem quickly and professionally. Our problem was WAY too much humidity indoors. It took awhile for the manufacturer to supply the needed <and expensive> replacement part, but after the part was in hand, the fix was quick. Thanks, Clayton.

The technician was very kind, patient, and honest. He was not in a rush even though it was the evening, and he explained to the best of his ability what happened with my system, and what steps he was taking to help correct my issues. I felt comfortable as an elderly women allowing such a nice man to come inside and work trusting he was not only professional, but also genuine. I will always call Beyer Boys, first!

5 stars for coming so quickly and fixing my A/C in less than 30 minutes. 1 star for the cost! They said I would have a $140 service call, which I expected (not that high, but expected) however, Brinson then told me the part was still under warranty (hooray) but the labor fee for 5 minutes of work would be $225! Are you kidding me! That equates to $2,700 an hour for labor! Even with a senior discount that 30 minutes cost me a total of $367! I do not understand why the charge for labor is that high, especially since they are already charging $140 for a service fee. Plus as nice as Brinson was, I was disappointed that he left his half-empty drink outside on my trash container that I had to bring in the house, empty out and throw away. Just sayin'. I wish I could find a job that paid $2,700 an hour!

Excellent, fast, and professional service! Have already recommended them to other family members in town and will continue to do so. Technician took the time to go through everything so I understood and made me feel secure my system is good to go. Signed up for their maintenance plan, looking forward to doing business with Beyer for years to come.
