Our service technician, Pete, was on time and explained everything exceptionally well and helped us through a down AC in 100+ degree heat. Definitely recommend

Let may say Pete the technician new his stuff and service was great.. I’m a disabled veteran and they were able to help in a timely manner manner.

These people are a joke. Had work done and it was misdiagnosed. I paid the bill. They came out a second time and misdiagnosed the problem. I called them and set up several appointments that they failed to make. I had another company fix the unit yet they still billed me for the second trip which was a misdiagnosed trip. I have called several times and asked for the owner or manager to call me to discuss the matter, all i get is a belligerant woman to talk to. The management lacks the integrity to call me back. Today I got an updated bill adding a $500.00 late fee and a $500.00 Lien fee to a $120.00 invoice. They have exhibited a COMPLETE lack of integrity.

Swift air arrived right on schedule and did a great job fixing my air conditioning. I highly recommend them.

Swift AirTechnician was Awesome. Came in looked at everything and found the problem right away. It literally took him 10 mins from start to finish. Thats after the tommy cool technician was here and told me my compressor was bad and it was gonna go out soon and there was nothing else he could do. Air swift technician got here checked outside unit, then said the problem was in the inside unit... come to find out my compressor is good to go, it was just a sensor that had build up on it.... so went from a very expensive diagnosis BY TOMMY COOL Tech. to a vacuum, and cleaning the sensor which i can do myself. THANK YOU SWIFT AIR

Swift Air has great service! They sent someone right away and the technician Pete diagnosed the issue promptly. The issue was resolved quickly. Pete was very communicative and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Pete the tech was very knowledgeable and definitely did what he could to help me out definitely recommend them.

We had an issue with our AC not coming on called Swift Air after hours they had the issues diagnosed within an hour of the call being placed, they came out today Friday to reroute our units drain line and made the correct adjustments so we wouldn’t have any ongoing issue with the unit shutting off Technician Tommy did a great job in communicating and keeping us informed on what he did! Highly recommend SwiftAir for any HVAC issues!👍😁

The appointment time, was from 9 to 11. Nobody let us know that they were running late. When I called about a trucking sitting out in front, I was told that he was waiting for a second tech. The job was not started till after 2pm. I believe that, they would have let us know something.

Had agreement with swift air had ac install with duct work agreed when drywall complete they would come install grill and we would pay remainder 30% believe it was Mark when my husband met with the guy asked what if it takes awhile before we are complete he responded no problem some have taken as long as a year so we paid 70% 05/24/2024when putting up drywall the openings were not straight so we had to readjust 90% of them ok we did it didn’t even complain about it periodically they will call if we are done last call told them probably be couple months longer then i asked if we could get discount and we get grills and install ourselves response now 12/20 no discount pay up remaining balance by Monday and call us when ready, we said that wasn’t the agreement response owner states will put a lein on our home if we don’t pay by 12/23/2024 now how ridiculous is this we were not questioning the balance

I called Swift Air this morning and had a service rep at my place this afternoon. Pete, from Swift Air not only took care of the problem I called about this morning, but solved a problem left over from the recent installation of an entire new HVAC system. The heating element of the air mover was not connected correctly and Pete quickly identified the problem and had it connected and running in a matter of minutes. I can't say enough about the expert service received from Pete and Swift Air.

Swift air did an install and start up for us. They communicated well, and showed up when they said they would. The installation went smoothly and will use them again for GWIN HVAC start up, and installs.

Great service, very professional technicians, definitely use them again.

Very pleased with the project to install a mini-split, from start to finish. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. Office staff, estimator and installers, would not hesitate to call them again, thank you.

Pete was a great tech / advisor. Very knowledgeable and helped us make an informeddecision. The guys that did the installation of our replacement unit worked very well together and had us up and running in no time.

Edit: I woke up with my AC set to 72 but the house was 64. Tech came out, thought it was fixed.
Next morning it's 64 again. Unit turned off but it's still blowing cold. It's Sunday and they have a tech on the way. Great service!!

Well, Pete had to come out Monday. It's fixed now. Overall still very happy.

I ordered a trunk line cleaning since i didn’t want each vent to be cleaned, and all i got was a small vacuum put in at the intake of the trunk (which was run for 30 min) for removing loose dust and debris.

I was hoping for a vacuum more powerful or that the trunk would be cleaned with Rotobrush and vac.

Great expérience. Mario showed up on time and repaires my hot water heater. He was courteous and knoweledgable \ Same day service.

The gentlemen (yes, they still exist and the two technicians were just that) were prompt, efficient, and thorough.
From the scheduling agent, who was very knowledgeable and friendly, to the end of the job absolutely nothing to complain about and would highly recommend their services.

Jose and Danny did an excellent thorough job on cleaning our Ac ducts and vents. Plus inspecting our Ac units and cleaning our drier vent system. Glad they were willing to Answer all questions. Their time was greatly appreciated.
