Swift Air made it so easy to schedule my duct cleaning with their flat, and very reasonable, rate. Prior to calling Swift Air, I called a competitor and they took a week to come out to my home to assess the number of vents I had and the size of my home. It then took another week to receive their quote. Their cost was higher than I anticipated. I then called Swift Air and over the phone, they shared their quote with me, regardless of my home size and number of vents. I then scheduled my service within a week. The technicians arrived within the window of time I was told. They were professional and friendly. I am so happy I called Swift Air.

A few months back we had to get a new AC unit. Swift Air made the process so easy, all questions were answered and all staff were promptly on time and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their service! I could not imagine using anyone other than Swift Air for all my cooling and heating needs! They didn’t feel like I was dealing with a business, it was more of a family unit!

Also, we had our air ducts cleaned on Monday and once again they didn’t disappoint. Thank you Swift Air, ya’ll really have an amazing team!!!

The installation Swift Air Team was incredible. The plan was to install a mini split in an ATC Stacker trailer. I committed to the purchase on Monday. Wednesday, Mario, Rene’, Jose’ & Tommy showed for the install. The Team was very professional. We discussed the installation plan, made a couple of adjustments and the Team got started. The Team kept me in the loop as they worked thru the install. Any questions I had were immediately answered and if necessary adjustments were made. This is an extremely professional organization from the front desk, plan design thru the installation and project completion. I highly recommend you consider them for your HVAC needs.

Had some guys come out and replace the entire ac system. They went to lunch to get parts and eat. They came back finished the install minus the freon. They said that it would get cool but needs more to work properly. Needsless to say it didn't get cool and even got hotter. Looked at the unit and the guys who installed it broke the name plate and put tape down to "fix" it without my knowledge. Called John the manager and he gave me the run around why they didn't finish the job
and basically said I'm sol and I would just have to deal with my 3 kids and disable veteran father not being able to sleep because of the heat. I told him I need some kind of solution or compensation. John laughed and said they did their job, then proceeded to threaten me with a lein on my house. Avoid this place if you want the job done right and avoid your family being threatened. Joe the tech needs a raise he came out here and finished the job that should have been done the 1st time. No excuses and completely understanded the situation. Thanks joe!
Update.. this is 24 hours after completion, john c has forwarded my info to a collection agency for no reason. He must be personally offended or he's just a little fella. No integrity no customer service. He is a trash owner who harrasssess his customers. He should work at McDonald's to learn how to treat customers.
Update!!! They still have not fixed the unit. New pictures show the poor quality installation. We have a leak!!!! No ac in the house again, no service provided. Just resistance and threats of a lein, we have paid and our product is not functioning. Use any other company even if you have to pay way more. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with incompetence.

The guys were very good & took there time to replace everything that needed to be done to get our Central Air & heat working. They did finished it in the same day even though it took them almost all day. Thank you very much for y'all hard work.

Called multiple for warranty work and I’ve even set up appointments just to be blown off time and time again. Pretty wild experience if you ask me.

The install of the unit was wholly unacceptable by any standard. Plenums that were purely fiberboard and an air handler resting on a couple of 2x4s inside of a drip pan. Not to mention the shoddy wiring resulting in a junction box and fuse box needing a replacement due to improperly fastening the connections which led to blown fuses and eventually melted one of the connections. The fiberboard plenum install on a horizontally installed handler led to them becoming saturated in condensate which led to mold and mildew in the plenums which my asthmatic family was breathing on a day to day basis.

If you’ve had an install done by this company I would strongly suggest having somebody certified check out their install and not lower the standard to “well my HVAC works for now”.

Didn’t seem right. I paid over $1800 for vent duct and A.C. evaporator coil cleaning. So they cleaned, but here is what they also did and did not do: The crew of two took 30 minutes, 40 at most, to agitate and vacuum the vent ducts. Then they claimed they left something at the warehouse, and so they left for at least an hour. When they returned, they pulled the coil, took it downstairs and worked on that. I was the one that cleaned all the removed registers thoroughly. I just knew they wouldn’t. They didn’t offer to and simply left them on the floor. When they were finished with the coil and right before they reinstalled, I asked them to wipe out the inside of the handler which had crap all over it and so they did. I was glad I was there to catch that. Then they were using some sort of device to do something at the air handler and talking back-and-forth amongst them they were saying the device was malfunctioning. I didn’t bother asking what the deal was. I was just pretty much resigned at this point. Then they went downstairs and they were downstairs or in their van for at least an hour if not an hour and a half. When I came looking for them and found them I didn’t say anything about their disappearance, yet they were compelled to claim defensively they were writing up the invoice. Discovering they were finished I told them they didn’t clean up the huge mess under every place where they removed the vent registers, so I cleaned it up. I explained I had to clean it because I did not want them walking on the caulking and paint that fell on the carpet -that would cause stains. I’d say the job was probably seven hours start to finish but it seems the actual work was probably three and a half hours. I waited several months to write this negative review. I felt I should just call Swift Air and tell them personally, because I discovered you just can’t get good help in this town and their company was not immune to the culture of laziness that I discovered thrives here. (I’ve hired many contractors in CC.) I changed my mind wrote the review as I figured I’ll just get another company for AC work in the future like Bodine Scott, who did really honest work for me b4, but they didn’t seem to have a good pitch for AC cleaning. If the manager or owner of Swift Air cares about this review and wants detail on which job it was, they can respond to this review and I’ll be glad to give them the date and relative location of the poor service. UPDATE: SWIFT AIR DOES NOT CARE WHO I AM DID NOT REQUEST THE DATE AND DETAILS, BUT INSTEAD CLAIMED I AM NOT IN THEIR DATABASE AND THEIR RESPONSE BELOW TRIED TO MAKE THIS VERY NEGATIVE REVIEW AS POSITIVE. THIS IS A BAD COMPANY AND THEIR CREW WAS LAZY AND PADS THE COMPANY INVOICE TO MILK MORE WAGES!!

We shopped around and got the best deal for a Lennox AC. They were able to schedule us within a couple of days, which was fine because it was not an emergency. These guys worked really hard without a lunch. Great job!

I have been with ABC Home and Commercial Services for years and I love their work. They are very efficient, professional , make to always give reminders, make me feel important, always always on time or earlier than expected which is always convenient. They always make sure they are thorough when check our AC/heating.

Had to replace my outside AC unit, home warranty company denied my service request, and ABC was able to fit me in the schedule within 24 hours! Greatly appreciate the quick response, AC was out for a week prior to connecting with their office. Texas summer heat made our house so hot, appreciated the sympathy and empathy from the reps and wanting to work with me to get replaced ASAP!

I had been seeing commercials for ABC and decided to give them a try for maintenance on my air conditioner. Boy was I glad I did! Lisa Cmerek answered the phone and was so nice! I was able to get an appointment very quickly and even became an ABC member, which for a low monthly payment has many perks! Check it out! My appointment with Jorge was very good. He is knowledgeable and I feel I'm in good hands now with ABC! I would highly recommend them!
