Isaiah showed up on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable, he explained the issue and walked me through the fix. He was able to start the repair immediately and got my house cooled back off quickly.
I will definitely use him again (but hopefully I won’t have to!)

Robert was the service person that first came out and he was amazing…told us in detail what was going on with our AC unit. Seems a “kick start” had previously been installed by the previous owner. Then Joe and Victor came and installed our new unit. They were absolutely awesome! Worked very hard for us and worked long hours to complete the job. Two of the sweetest, kindest young men ever!!

I really appreciated that this company answers the phone, even on weekends and holidays. I also appreciated that the tech got back with me shortly after the answering service took my call to update me on his status. Same day service was provided both times we needed them. He had all the parts we needed in his van and quickly repaired the issues we were having. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable. This company earned our business for sure.

I wanted to say thank you to Swift Air for sending a solid team to install mini-splits I was seeking. Vic and Jose professionalism, respectfulness, and superior workmanship and work ethics was very welcomed. I highly recommend Swift Air for any HVAC services and installations.

The technicians explained what was needed and did a great job installing the new AC. On today's free system check, the Technician did a great job explaining the best way to keep the system running well. He was efficient and quickly addressed a problem he found.

Swift replaced 2 air conditioners with inverter controlled (mini split) technology Friedrich units, ducted into the existing plenums and ducting in my home. They showed up on time, listened to my concerns and showed me their plans for the work.

Victor, Jordan and Tommy showed up on time, got to work, invited me to check out different stages they were at, took a short lunch break and finished up by 5PM so my family wouldn’t spent the evening without AC.

Highly recommend this company.

They responded in a quickly manner but soon all changed, so they came out and determined it was a bad ac evaporator coil and needed to be replaced but stated the coil would be under warranty so I would need to pay for labor and materials which I was quoted $1400 dollars for 2 hours worth of labor @ $700 per hour which is totally crazy but what do you do when you have a 72 year old mother there and it’s 81 degrees in the house, I was told by the tech they would get the part and be back the next morning and the charge for today’s service was waived, so the next morning comes along and I received a call from someone in the office and they told me the part wouldn’t be under warranty due to them not having a account with warranty department so now the quote went from $1400 to $2800 so I try and explain what the warranty place told me on the phone and the office person said I have to choice’s either pay the $2800 or cancel the repair from them which I opt to cancel due to the crazy cost, now they are wanting to bill me $289 dollars for 1 hours worth of work when my invoice show 0 dollars owed. I went with another company and the part was covered and the labor and material charge was $850 so Swift air is just a company that preys on people needing service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody

These folks are great. Came in a couple of hours. I thought my system was low and it was going to cost me big buck$ to load some of that really pricey freon in. Nope. Just a simple washdown and some tweaks. Even got a video of the washdown on the roof.
I am so grateful!

You should find ANYONE OTHER than Swift Air in Corpus Christi for your A/C needs! I would give no stars if possible. Terrible installation, worst customer service both before and after the sale. I’ve never been treated so badly as a paying customer. Save yourself the stress of dealing with such incompetence. Mark plays the “nice guy” while John harasses you and acts like a spoiled brat, not a business owner.

OVERPRICED! I was told they would diagnose the issue and give me a quote and the diagnosis BEFORE completing any work. I was even told since I was a first-time costumer I would have to pay before they do any work. That was perfectly fine with me as I wanted to know any pricing before committing. They did NOT do this. . . The issue ended up being a faulty thermostat which the tech fixed without my approval and charged $415! For a non-programmable thermostat!! They charged a diagnostic fee of $95, which I was originally told when booking the appointment if I agreed to any work, the diagnostic fee would go towards the first hour of work (not the case) + $225 for the thermostat itself (would have cost under $50 at Home Depot) + $95 labor charge. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they had the availability for the same day. If I were told beforehand, I would have thanked him for the diagnostic and paid the $95 fee, but I would not have agreed to pay $320 for the thermostat and labor.

The technicians worked very quickly and efficiently. They were thorough and communicative about all the steps that were taken to insure the problem would be resolved today. They also educated me about future steps to take to help the longevity of my ac unit. I was given an estimated 6-8 hour time frame and Peter and his tech got it done in less than 4 hours.

Showed up early and was very informative gave me a complete rundown on my options and was willing to explain my options In depth.

I contacted Swift Air regarding issues with my dryer vent. The person that answered, the phone was courteous and professional and scheduled my appointment immediately, I had a technician out here at the very next day. My technician, Peter, was extremely knowledgeable, respectful of my home and got the issue taken care of quickly.

Pete was awesome! He clearly explained what was going on and how it needs to be fixed.
