Kevin has been to our house a couple of times and is very thorough, polite, and professional. We appreciate him taking the time to explain what he's seeing, potential issues, and plans for repair/maintenance. Aire Serve has been great, especially when we lost heat on the coldest day of the year.

Taylor with Aire Serv went above and beyond in every possible way. After another AC tech’s mistakes left us dealing with ongoing issues, Taylor stepped in, immediately identified what was wrong, and took full ownership of fixing it correctly. His knowledge, attention to detail, and determination to make things right were truly impressive.

Not only was he professional and thorough, but he was also incredibly patient and transparent, explaining everything clearly and making sure the system was running exactly as it should before he left. Thanks to Taylor, we were spared from enduring the brutal Texas winter heat we have been experiencing any longer than necessary and that alone deserves huge praise.

Dalen came out today to do the first maintenance on our ac system. We had previously paid another company to install the new system. We then paid them to do semi annual maintenance. After installation of the new system and collecting our money that company didn’t bother to show up or even answer the phone.
Dalen serviced our entire system. He took the time to explain what he was going to do before he started and then again when he completed the task. He took pictures and video at each step so he could explain what he had accomplished.
He made some excellent suggestions for things that would make our system more reliable and durable. We are very pleased with his efforts and hope he comes back in the future when we need work done or just the maintenance.

We had our air ducts cleaned and HVAC serviced and had a great experience. Hasib handled the consultation, took photos, explained everything clearly, and got us scheduled quickly.

On service day, Taylor and Dalen spent the entire day working and were extremely thorough. Our layout is large and spread out, but they cleaned, sanitized, sealed, and caulked every vent, then serviced the HVAC inside and out. Taylor took time to explain the system, point out issues, and educate me on overall performance. He was also great at mentoring Dalen, who was extremely hardworking and very respectful.

There was a system issue, but Taylor called Hasib immediately and it was handled quickly. Excellent team and service.

My Ac went out ( yes in the summer ) and I was needing someone to come out! I think it was around 630 so after hours but still I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and no one ever called me back! And it happened again, Brand new unit that they put in. So someone came out finally and he stayed here an hour got it running for the mean time but it happened again! The drain was clogged... nothing serious so come in Roggeman! So I called One hour AC and they came out and he was awesome! He stayed until the problem got fixed!

We were advised to replace our existing walk in freezer evaporators even though it was working fine. Which we had them replace. For years we had problems. I dont think they pulled a vacuum. Our compressors went bad within weeks. We had to throw away black food for years. I became an ac tech. Finally, i got it going. Roggman wired the evap wrong and set the temp too high on all 3 thermostats

We told them that we didn't need the refrigerator door handle a day or two after we ordered. We fixed it ourselves. They show up and install. They charged us $1000 for the handle.

We waited for the tech to show up for 30 mins. which he never did. We got a bill for around $200 claiming that Roggman AC had to wait on us.

Austin is professional and efficient. This is the second time I’ve called Roggeman AC and I only wish I would have called them over another competitor in the area! Unfortunately my problem started after hours for them but as soon as they opened I called. The difference in what I was quoted with the competitor to Roggeman AC was drastically different to put it politely. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Great staff on the phone and in person. Don’t go anywhere else. Solid and honest service!

They came when we were in need after our AC went out and we have out infant in the house. Other companies said they could but didn’t show. Brody showed up at 9:30 pm and saved our day. Brody was awesome and super genuine.

Isaiah is friendly and professional. He always explains things/problems to me in a way that I can understand. When he recommends upgrades or things that could make our A/C heating unit run more efficiently he explains everything and is not pushy for me to make a decision right then and sends it to me in writing through an email. Isaiah is always early or on time and I like that!!

Beyer Brothers came out same day the AC stopped working. Tech, Brinson, was thorough, skilled and courteous. He diagnosed the problem as a breaker that needed to be replaced and recommended the best electrician who came in the morning, replaced the breaker and the AC was instantly up and running. A cool solution!!

My AC stopped working shortly after 5:00 pm. Isaiah arrived within 30 minutes of my call. He had everything fixed by 9:00 pm. Very thorough. Very professional. I highly recommend them.

Last minute cancellation from "Will Fix It" to repair my AC. Jason from "Beyer AC & Heating" came out the same day of the cancellation, during Memorial Day weekend. Jason was on point--identified the issues and took the time to explain them to me along with the best solution. Jason would be my 1st call for AC repair or replacement!

Michael, my tech. was excellent. He explained every step of his diagnostic procedure and shared preventative tips. Service was prompt and the price was reasonable
