Had an excellent experience with South Texas Comfort Control. They came out when promised, performed the work quickly and correctly. They did a super job cleaning up after themselves and took time to explain everything that was done and how to use the upgraded thermostat. Very glad to have found and used them!

If I could rate them a higher star I would. I’ve lived in my house for one year and I have had AC issues since day one. They are the fifth AC company. I’ve actually had come out to my house. I have had trouble finding a good AC company as I find most Just want to sell you something or put a Band-Aid on it and don’t want to fix the issue. I was having leakage coming around my vents and through my walls. My son‘s room was having water, dropping through the ceiling and creating a mold issue. When south Texas Confort company came out to look at everything they suggested a dehumidifier which other companies in the past have told me I needed, but couldn’t explain why I needed it , when I asked them questions, they were very thorough in their answer. These guys were super professional. They kept me in the loop on everything they were doing. They explained when I had questions on why they were doing certain things. Also, while they were up in my attic without any question, they saw a couple issues that I did not know existed and they fix them .

Could not ask for better! Great service. The crew arrived at the house with our new unit and within five hours everything was done and up and running. Two days later, Avner, the business owner, came to the house to make sure everything was running properly. Would be glad to be a reference anytime.

Ruben, David and Gerardo did a great job troubleshooting our unit and doing the install. They are very professional and worked quickly getting our air back online when doing the install. Highly knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend

AC went down, called up South Texas Comfort Control, they scheduled an appointment for the next day, then called a little bit later and said they had a opening the same day. a tech out, took a look at the system and replaced the bad part I had a working system in less than 24 hours from when it broke. This is the second time I've used these guys and I'll keep doing so.

Avner and his team were one of the best service experiences we have had in Corpus Christi. They provided constant communication, went above and beyond to keep the work areas organized and clean and were very courteous and friendly. Even at the end, my wife said she has never seen a service team go to such lengths to clean up the work areas and inside the house, even wiping down surfaces etc. They listened to what we wanted fixed, gave us a reasonable quote on the work and completed the work within the budget. Thank you guys for an awesome job! We appreciate it!

Raul was my technician, he was very knowledgeable and made sure the job was done right. This was my second time to use South Texas Comfort Control and I will continue to use them from here on out. The office staff and the employees are extremely courteous. They arrive usually the same day, if not the next and extremely reasonable. Thank you for all your help with our AC trouble.

Another company just wanted me to buy a new unit. But not South Texas Comfort Controls! They got everything running like new.

Great company, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I had my Hvac system heat pump worked on by them. My unit is about 4 years old and it was worked on by 3 prior companies but I continued to have problems. I decided to call South Texas Comfort Control and the owner came to look at it. He did a thorough check on it and communicated what he saw as a problem. He had a busy schedule and still found time to look at the unit and put me on their schedule as soon as possible. His employees are also honest, knowledgeable, efficient and hardworking. My system is working perfectly well now.

These guys are the best in Corpus Christi TX. We had an issue with the HVAC duct, and I reached out to at least 5 contractors. While all of them came to the site, but only STCC provided a clear description on the issue and also recommendation to address the problem. The service, customer care was exceptional, and pricing had detailed breakout with multiple options. Awesome job team.

I have been looking for a reliable HVAC business for a long time since I moved to Corpus Christi. I believe I finally found them. Avner is very professional and really seems to know a lot about air conditioning. They installed new duct work and even did all the paperwork for the financing.

Had an issue with the condensate pump. They were able to get me in first thing in the morning because I had to report to work at 11am. Fixed the problem and made sure everything was working properly.

I am hoping that they can be contacted by person after hours, weekends, and on holidays. I had another issue that could not wait until Monday. Had to use another company. I will still go STCC first if possible.

I love Avner and his team. I’ve been using the company for years though a trusted referral and I’m so happy to have found them. Always very knowledgeable and prompt service. Great communication by the dispatch team as well. They won’t waste your time with unneeded repairs, they get the job right the first time.

After going nowhere with the service provider (based in a different city) for weeks, sent by my home warranty, through word of mouth, I found Avner and his company. After calling him directly, he came the following day, examine the issue and gave options. He even send someone to install a portable AC unit awaiting final fix.
Jennie, Jerry, Raul, and Nick were so helpful. They even came on a Saturday and installed a new unit. Thank you Avner and team for top-shelf customer care and South Texas hospitality. They have a client for life!
Don’t go anywhere else if you have HVAC or heating issues. Highly recommended!!!

If you are busy like me and have a busy schedule don’t waste your time with these people. It seem they only Service paying customers which I was going to be, but I guess a retrofitting install screamed red flags for them.

Choose this place because of all the great reviews they got. However, I did not have that experience. I had set an appointment for an estimate on a retrofitting install in my home. The lady was nice and scheduled me for Monday with a window between 11 and 1p. The day came and nobody showed in that window of time. I called and she said they got busy so we rescheduled. So Wednesday comes with the same schedule time and again no one showed in the window of time..

Avner and his staff were very professional and were in the job site ready to work. His staff did an awesome job, and are hard workers. Very pleasant and courteous while at our home. The left the job site cleaner than it was before they arrived. Tuesday Avner arrived discussed the job and within 2 hours had four different quotes explaining all the options. By Tuesday afternoon job was scheduled and completed Wednesday. I would 100% recommend SOUTH TEXAS COMFORT CONTROL. I will have them back to replace ducting soon.
