We are very happy with our new system. Stace Rodriguez was able to help us get a new air conditioning system with new duct work and keep us in our budget. The install team were professional and did amazing work, my husband and I are extremely happy and grateful. We recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a new air conditioning company.

Precision Air is my go-to HVAC company for maintenance and repairs. They are courteous and patient when giving advice. I recently had UV lights installed for my units to help reduce airborne contaminants that affect my allergies. They are reasonably priced and they were efficient in getting the work completed. 10/10 recommend.

Stace was second to none on customer service, very very helpful with all questions and concerns I had. The crew they sent out to replace inside and out unit, all new duct work, and insulation were very professional and I could tell they knew what they were doing. They did not hesitate to go deep into detail with how my units operated. I highly highly recommend these guys for all your AC needs!

From the moment they answered the call to the time they left the house. Friendly, Professional, trustworthy, and affordable. Jamie was super friendly on the phone and served was with excellent customer service. Our tech Kevin, was not only on-time but was able to get us in early. He did an amazing job and advised us on a promotion that will help us in the future. Our A/C was working in no time and we are very satisfied customers.

Customer service was excellent the whole way through. Tech came out and found the problem immediately. Had my unit fixed the following day. Over all very satisfied and definitely recommend to family and friends!

My family and I live out of town and we were in need of a team that could get the job done right! We reached out to Precision air and they were able to accommodate us and drive out of town to do a full AC unit replacement in 1 day. I had a negative initial experience with Precision Air. The only reason I am amending my review and would consider doing business with them again is because of Montou.

As he is part of the commercial side, he had no reason to become involved in my residential experience and try to make things right, but he did. Montou accomplished in less than 1 day what I had been waiting 4 days for the company to do. His apology was sincere, my experience was not brushed off, and he said he would make it right. That is how you treat customers, no matter the size of the account.

I hope the company realizes what a valuable asset he is.

Highly recommend Precision Air! Zeke came out immediately to my home for an estimate on a new air condition system and was very knowledgeable. He was professional and answered all questions I had. I was very impressed and scheduled services that very same day. The gentleman who came out to install my new system arrived early and began working immediately. Very professional company. Will recommend to all family and friends and will use them again in the future! Thank you, Precision Air, Zeke and the hard working men who got my air conditioning running again better than ever!!

Excellent service, and follow up. They came out last year to install insulation in the attic and to do a leak test. When they did that, they told me that I would get two follow up inspections for free, I totally forgot about that, but they called , followed up and did what they said they were going to do.

Aside from that, just talking to the staff is fun, they're knowledgeable about their services, and they have a great CRM, because they remember little details about you.. makes you feel part of their family.

I will recommend them to anyone who asks this summer.

Precision Air is top notch when it comes to serving your families AC needs. They were very quick, knowledgeable, and had beyond great customer service. Our tech Michael I believe was his name was so great and kind. This tech was fast knew exactly what the issue was within a couple minutes and completed the job before I could offer him a water. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family, we have used Precision Air multiple times along with my family and will continue to. Thanks Eli for training your team to be top notch.

Stace was great in helping me pick what system would work best for me and helping set up financing. The guys who installed everything were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with the quality checks that were done throughout the day. I am very happy with the service I received and the AC works great just in time for summer!

If we can give 0 stars we would. Again, we have been failed by this company. In 2021 we purchased an entire new 2 stage system from this company in the beginning it was a nightmare and no one knew how to fix the issues it was having with only being a 2 week old unit. It has caused moisture damage in one of my rooms by effecting the electrical, sheetrock, and ceiling fan. Fast forward to this year. We found out that Precision Air shorted us a size in our unit we previously had a 4ton and we had a 3ton installed. We already had the capacitor go out for the heater this year which was taken care of and as of yesterday the temperature is not reaching in our home. We purchased the 10 year labor/warranty with this company so is part of the reason we continue to call this company back. A technician was out at our home till 11:30 last night and said someone would be at home April 3 between 0900-1100. No one called nor showed. I called the front office and everyone in the front office is super rude and seem super annoyed so early in the morning and said I have to wait because a service manager is not in yet mind you it is already 1100. The lady proceeded to be rude instead of trying to help me fix the issue and make sure I am on the schedule. This has been horrible from the very moment we decided to go with this company. My family and I are currently sitting in a home that is over 80 degrees and had to spend money out of our own pocket to get my 75 year old father into a hotel because of how hot it is in here. We will be reporting them, as we have video evidence of the technician releasing freon into the atmosphere violating the EPA code. We are high dissatisfied and whatever you do please do not contact them.

I had an AC unit installed by precision air on July 8,2021. Start off by saying the unit they installed was a complete downsize from the original one I had before. Also, they installed their unit completely incorrect and we started having numerous amount of problems after they installed our unit. The humidity in our house was higher than outside, for a whole week our ac unit never shut off in continued to run non stop. There was tons of condensation on the inside unit and outside also my ducting was also leaking.(mind you nothing leaked before until this unit was installed) Because they are not knowledgeable on this AC unit it has resulted in numerous service calls from them coming out trying to fix all their flaws. I have also had to have other AC companies come out and do visual inspections without touching our unit to avoid any type of warranty voiding they threaten to do so with. Because of the AC unit not being installed properly causing my ducting to leak and damage sheetrock in my bedrooms and it has damaged my electrical switches and plugs because of the condensation from the ducting dripping into my walls which an AC company and electrician company has referred the issues back to how this unit was installed. I also have numerous text messages stating to them that my ducting has never ever leaked before and all they could say was that this AC system does not support your ducting which to me that is something that should have been examined first hand before any installation. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING they are worthless I have contacted Eli the owner, and the sale person Stace who sold us this unit and neither one of them has done anything to get back with me and help and tried to resolve the solution the ladies in the front are so quick to be rude and try to find any little thing to void our warranty with them. Do not use them for anything you will regret it they way we have for almost a year. This company has just been a nightmare and refuse to resolve their faults and flaws and all the damage that has occurred to my home ever since this unit was installed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!! And I have many other photos!! Do not use this company!
