STCC really took care of me. I was having issues with my 4 year old unit so I called the original company that installed it. I was having so much issues with that company, that I gave up and called STCC. Avner came by to check the details of my unit and came back with a couple of options to fit my budget. Then Kenneth came by and did a great job to get my unit back up. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a honest company.

This company serviced our air conditioner with professionalism and graciousness. My wife liked the technician, Kenneth. We will do business with this company again. A++

I highly recommend South Texas Comfort Control. The owner, Abner has been working with me and my family for years. He is very intelligent and found a leak on my AC unit. No one else could figure out the problem except for him..The company employees are all nice and very thorough. Link was nice enough to follow up on my status and Jeanni emailed me quotes right away. Avner and his crew are well deserving of all of the five star ratings! I had my entire AC and heating system replaced (2 units) including all ductwork and piping and they did a great job at a reasonable price with no hidden fees. They were all professional, thorough, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

We replaced two units for house a year ago. We’ve had great customer service and communication with everyone. They are quick to come provide service when needed. Everyone from the office manager, to the owner, and technicians are so courteous.

Jose and Leo are professional and efficient. They work great together as a team. They kept me informed of their progress and were very courteous. South Texas Comfort Control is an excellent option for HVAC services. Avner gave great instructions to his team and he is easy to communicate with.

Fast. Affordable. Professional. Caring. We had to have a whole house dehumidifier installed at our Port A beach house and I can can recommend them with the full confidence you will have the same experience. When it’s time to upgrade my AC I will definitely be use South Texas Comfort Control.

11/28 UPDATE: The team came out twice since the Dehumidifier install to try and keep my AC aystem going. Avner and his team were always responsive! Weekend or Holiday, he responded to my calls. Over Thanksgiving they came out and replaced thr whole unit! I can’t say enough good things about the teams. Thank you for making our house and our comfort a priority!!!

South Texas Comfort Control recently did a complete overhaul of my HVAC System Ductwork and did an outstanding job of removing the old ductwork and installing new ductwork for my HVAC system! They also did a complete blow-in insulation to ensure that I would have an energy efficient home.

I highly recommend South Texas Comfort Control. A day or so prior to the appointment, I received reminders of the appointment and the names and pictures of the technicians who were going to complete the work. Everything went as planned and was exactly on time. When they left, they ensured that the work areas were cleaner than before they started. Great job and I look forward to the bi-annual check-ups.

If you are looking for a review to convince you to call STCC for your AC let this be it. My only regret with STCC was not contacting them initially. After having issues with the previous company I’m beyond happy that I contacted STCC. My experience with STCC was stress free starting with their great customer service. Jennie was really nice and quick in sending me the information I needed for my service. The technician arrived on time. They both introduced themselves and explained what exactly they were going to do. After completing the repair they made sure my AC was working properly before they put their tools away. I was not only impressed with their work but also how clean they left the work space as if they were never here. I will definitely be contacting STCC for any of my AC service. This is without a doubt a 5 star company.

Precision Air came out to help when our AC went out. They arrived quickly and the price was very reasonable. They were able to get our AC up and running in no time. The owner Eli, even followed up after to make sure the service went well and our unit was running great.

Great Service and Customer Service!!

I called other places before I called Precision Air and I got a lot of estimates but every company refused to start until November (after all, it is hot in those attics) however, I needed new ducts within 2 weeks. I called Precision Air. Stace came out and looked at everything, gave me a quote and we moved forward from there. They really met my deadline and did so at a very reasonable cost. The only thing I have to say is that they were not very clean (though they did sweep afterward) and instead of removing my runner, they folded it and proceeded to tramp on it the entire time. Other than that, they installed all new ducts in 2 days and they were all very pleasant. I didn't get any weirdness from any of them and felt comfortable the entire time with them being in my house. They also came out really quickly (on the same day they finished the ducts) to fill my Freon and did so at a great price. I have been exceedingly happy with the work they have done and would recommend them for duct and vent work.

I initially contacted Stace Rodriguez about attic insulation; after inspecting my home I also mentioned that we had AC issues and he immediately recommended having a technician come out. On the Day we had the attic insulation installed he also had a technician come out to inspect our AC system. Stace was able to coordinate two big jobs in one day, as we had A brand new outside condenser unit installed as well as attic insulation. I will definitely recommend Precision Air and Stace Rodriguez.

Working with Precision Air was fantastic! They showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do, and went the extra mile. The did an outstanding job and I will definitely hire them again for my next project. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Kevin showed up to check my unit because the over flow sensor was triggered. He came earlier than expected (which is a good thing) and he was very patient in answering all my questions. Explained everything to me and made sure I had a good understanding of what happened. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and the techs that have been sent to my house.

Eli Owner and his crew did a Fantastic job with my recent hvac upgrade install. Installed a newer model so there were a few hiccups but they made sure to make everything right!! Any issues I had they resolved real quick with professionalism.
Stace was the salesman for my system he was very helpful along the way with making sure I was happy. My Newer unit uses 50%+ less energy than my old one. I’d definitely do business with them again! 👍🏼

Precision Air was great and here in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately I had reached out to another repair company and after waiting three hours I made the phone call to Precision Air (mind you it was 9:00 p.m.) and Eli responded back immediately. He sent out the technician Marlon and he was great. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had us up and running in less than 30 minutes. Thanks you guys and we will definitely be requesting Marlon again, he is very knowledgeable.

Zeke, Johnny and their crew were very professional and informative. Everything went perfect . The rooms are cooling. I wish I would’ve done it sooner but I’m glad it’s done now. I will be reaching out to you all soon for a new AC unit. My family and myself want to thank you so much for working with us and helping us as much as you did.
