Whatever you do DO NOT hire this company. They will rob you for your money send random incompetent people to fix the problem, they will lie and say something else is wrong so they can charge you more. If you are having a home built make sure that your builder doesn't use them they do bad installs this is why we had problems in the first place. And good luck getting a hold of anyone including the owner Abel.

Frank Barrerra did an awesome job of fixing my uncles hvac unit. He was kind, respectful, had knowledge of the problem and how to fix it. I highly recommend him!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. The installation was done quickly and efficiently, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

Great Air does not communicate with customers. I have had Great Air out three times over the last 3 years. The first time was first class service. The second time I had to call multiple times to get them to return after the initial visit. I was told the office manager was out and that led to the delay. This last visit, I asked the technician to have the office call me because he said I needed to replace the coil, which had been replaced by Great Air 20 months earlier. Not only did Great Air not follow up with a call, they did not return the two followup calls I made. I get it if they can't or don't want to do the job. However, there is no excuse for not following up with the customer. Thankfully, I found a reputable company to finish the job.

We called our builder due to a fan in the guest bathroom going out and what appeared to be water coming in from that area. Great air called us the next day after we spoke with our builder and had someone out within 2 days! Francisco not only fixed the shorted fan by replacing the motor, but he also installed an additional piece on our roof to help mitigate some of the wind coming in and lifting the cover over the vent, which was contributing to the moisture. He was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job explaining the work he did and how it would help with our problem.

Wow these really went above and beyond. You know its so hard to please everyone, we had called several Ac Companies in town, we had one from Sa TX come in and ither prices were crazy or people did not know or new the problem but wanted to up sell services and go around the issue. So we got upset called and got some estimates and these guys gave us the break down why and step by step and used them and wow fix issue and paid less. Thank you Marcus Flores.

Had a great experience with Great Air Heating and Air-Conditioning. Marcus was friendly, on time, and really knew what he was doing. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and made sure everything was working before he left. Super smooth and stress-free service. Definitely recommend, especially Marcus!

Had a leak with one of our AC units. Marcus was very responsive and sent out 2 worker. Repair was done quick and easy. Later that night we noticed more water leaking on floor, called and next day, 2 workers came out and identified a new issue. They were very responsive and completed the repair.

Want to say we appreciate there detail inspection of the unit, where they found a hide issue and fix it quickly. Not many companies take the time to listen to their customer and what they are seeing. Great Air was very attentive, responsive and diligent in the repair. I would recommend their company for your AC service and repair
