Eddie Ramirez came out and diagnosed the issues that my AC was having. He was patient, knowledgeable and was very helpful. Colair has always delivered great customer service. My advice: do it right the first time, choose Colair. They do it right and your equipment will last longer.

Tech Eddie came by to do a diagnostic on our AC that wasn't cooling properly. I don't know much about HVAC's but I was hovering around him asking all kinds of questions. He has a vast knowledge of these systems. Thank you Eddie for educating me, I think I can go apply at Colair.. jk. Eddie was very courteous, knowledgeable and focus on finding the issue. He would come in to our house and he would put on shoe covers. SHOE COVERS! I don't know but I've had other repairs and no one has ever worn shoe covers. He did different types of test to rule out what was wrong with our system. The use of technology and the procedures that need to be followed when you do this or that on a system and what not to do. In the end he found the issue, and he gave us his recommendation and our options. Me and my wife were very expressed with his expertise and with the company that uses technology and not just an analog gauge to check. 5 ☆ and more

I can’t even begin to say how exceptional my experience with Colair has been! From Barrett who came out immediately to look at my unit. We didn’t waste time because of the age of my unit I knew it had to be replaced! He gave me 3 different options and never made me feel like I needed to go with the most expensive option! I chose the one that I was most comfortable with! Then Francisco and Eli the install guys took their time to make sure the job was done right! Their work was amazing! Everything looks so professionally done! Then Ricardo made sure I was comfortable with the new WiFi Thermostat and showed me how to work the thermostat from my phone! Actually he got it connected on my phone! Once everything was done Francisco, Eli and Ricardo did not leave until everything was testing at the levels the AC needed to be at! If you need repair or replacement, give Colair a call! If I could give them more stars, I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Joe was awesome! Had my heater up and running in 45 mins and gave me an honest opinion on my unit. So glad I called, he saved me a lot in the long run.

Very reliable and fast service. They came out the same day, and scheduled for an all day repair the next day. Service was well done and the employees were all very professional and knowledgeable, Gabriel explained things very thoroughly and was very helpful. Great company and service overall.

Adrian came to my home to do and AC Biannual Inspection. He was so thorough. He took photos and showed me how everything I couldn't see looked. He made recommendations to improve air quality. He suggested safety mechanism that could protect my home from a clog causing water damage. I was very impressed. Thanks Adrian, it's rare to get such a honest, professional person these days

David is absolutely amazing. He is so professional and winsome. Ivan is also fantastic. He is a quick learner and really respected Dave and was so friendly and efficient to us. Ivan is ready to go.

Carlos was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly and in detail. He provided pictures of the problem areas and gave suggestions of needed work to help resolve problem. He is also courteous and polite, overall nice young fellow. He also put everything back in order. Didn't leave any loose ends.

I called Colair due to a leak because the company that installed my AC in 2020 went out of business. From the moment I called I was sent a text message to track the way and I was called by a technician to introduce himself and letting me know it will take so & so minutes for their arrival. As they arrive I meet Eddie R. and Miguel very professional and trust worthy putting me at ease. They inspected my unit and even noticed other things not properly installed. I was showed the issues and explained well. 100% recommend Colair

Adrian Garcia provided excellent service diagnosing "no cool air" issue we have with our 2-year old system. He even helped with preventing a potential electrical fire with our telehandler by disconnecting one out of three heating element that was not needed due to been using a lower gauge wire (was not wired properly by the installers). He quickly diagnosed the outside unit that it was out of freon and found a major leak coming from the compressor. He promptly reached out to his company to locate a new compressor and to schedule the install.

Adrian, was very professional on his job performance. Any questions I would ask he had an answer. We really appreciate his professionalism on his job performance and keeping us informed on when he will be back for our next service or any other service on the A/C. Thank you once again.
