Best service in town!!!! Angel is the service tech that arrived at my home and explained everything very clearly on how to maximize my units efficiency. Mr. Castro flushed out the drain pan and also checked the pressure levels on our unit. I will personally recommend Mr. Castro to be your main Service Tech from Colair. Trust me! You won’t regret it… Make sure to get the maintenance plan guys it’s not at all expensive, you won’t regret it, it’ll keep you unit maintained and Mr. Castro will let you know what you need and only what you need.

Luis O conducted his due diligence in the review of my AC unit from Colair. He explained all the steps that he conducted as he was conducting them. He also gave advice on how protect our investment with a surge protector for the inside and outside units. He took his time and attention to ensure that I understood everything he was explaining to me. You have an outstanding service representative. He should be commend for his excellent service.

I want to start off by saying Thank you! To our salesman Steven and his team. When we first set up the appointment for an estimate, they were prompt. Steven did a great job listening to us and was very thorough when evaluating all our equipment and assessing our needs. We were very impressed at the entire inspection of equipment that needed our attention as other companies just went straight to talking numbers. We had other estimates done to compare companies and none came even close to the level of professionalism provided by Steven and his team. Going with Col-air was a no brainer for us. As we set up the appointment to get the job done, their response was also prompt and brought in a big team to knock out the entire job. This has been an incredible experience from start to finish and would definitely recommend their services above anyone else.

On time with all materials and got it done and place was cleaner that when they arrived. Even ensure after the breaker were turn off to ensure safety. They checked all appliances were in working condition and found out that one of the wires for the refrigerator had come loose and was make connection and the refrigerator would turn on. The tech tightened the wire in place and had the refrigerator working again.. if he hadn’t taken the extra step my food would have spoiled due it was my country home a/c being worked in and it would have been week before I return to a smelling refrigerator.. Thank you for taking the extra step to ensure all was working after the breakers were turn on. Plus the extra cost for a Heat Pump is worth every penny extra..

Both Gabriel and his partner did a fabulous job on our central air and heat installation. They were both very efficient, courteous, and respectful towards our whole family. They cleaned up all the gear and materials satisfactorily. Steven Ocana, our sales representative, was amazing. He went above and beyond to explain everything we needed to know about our new system. He made the entire process very pleasant and came back on installation day and afterwards to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our new system. I will definitely recommend Colair and our team (especially Steven) to our friends needing a new system. I feel like we have made a new friend in Steven. A huge thank you to Colair for making the procedure so comfortable.

Mr. Jessie Rivera was excellent at answering all of the questions and concerns I had as a first time buyer of an ac unit. He was professional and very respectful at explaining the information and details to my Spanish speaking mother who’s home I made the purchase for. It was a pleasure to have met him. I am grateful for the wonderful interaction and service he promised we would be provided by when trusting Colair in our home.

Carlos Castillo provided exceptional service and also identified some major issues I was unaware of. He not only explained them in detail but provided pictures as well. He provided suggestions and possible options but never pressured me and respected that it was ultimately my decision to make. It was a no-brainer and I took all the necessary measures to correct my AC issues. This decision not only provided my home with cleaner and better air quality for my family’s health but will also save me money in energy costs. Carlos certainly set the bar for what professional customer service should entail.

I had to delete my review from a little over a year ago, which the service set the bar. But i decided to go against Matthew’s sound advice and postpone the new system. The fix did exactly what they told me it would do and bought me some time. And they would have helped me limp it even further but they talked sense into me. Instead of wasting money and time with a system that was inevitably going to die i got a new system. The old system would have cost me tons on parts and Freon since it was an old unit and my utility bills were up there. I made the right choice with the upgrade on all fronts. First and foremost by choosing Matthew’s they are the best and if you say differently you are lying to yourself and others. 2nd the quality and trust they provide. And 3rd my utility bill went down drastically. My family was telling me make sure they don’t use certain systems and telling me to ask things i didn’t ask. Turns out Matthew’s knows a thing or 2 and gave me a stellar system that put everyone’s mind at ease. They gave me more confidence in being a homeowner as weird as that sounds but it happened and I’m ecstatic. Thanks for the help guys!

Mathews CCAC did an awesome job troubleshooting and fixing my heat pump and air distributor. Josh was on time and did a thorough inspection, trouble shooting my cooling and heating systems, and remediating the problem. He came on a Sunday and their price was reasonable. I highly recommend Josh and Mathews CCAC.

Oscar came about 5:00 pm. I told him that I thought he'd be here tomorrow. He stated that I was his last job of the evening but that it's ok. He identified the electrical problem at the switch and replaced it. The price was fair and he did a quick and very efficient job. Thanks.

Very knowledgeable and task focus. Both Carlos and Jay proposed a plan and executed it to completion. Problem resolved in reasonable time. No issues.

Our AC was on the brink, Jerry was able to come out and asses same day. We needed a complete replacement. Joey came out and went over cost and everything. Chris and his team came out and took care of everything in a timely manner. I appreciate their hard work to get my unit back up and running.All of these guys were very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They explained and went over everything. Jerry is always friendly and helpful. He is thorough in explaining what is going on with our HVAC system. I recommend CCAC for your HVAC needs. My only complaint is that Mowgli doesn’t make the rounds with Jerry. 🐶🐶

Raul Rodriguez was fantastic. He was patient, kind, and thorough. He made sure everything was set up properly before he left and made sure everything was to my liking. He worked quickly and efficiently and installed everything well before heading out! Definitely recommend CCAC services

Vince Gomez was prompt on arrival. He was friendly and very informative about what he was checking on the electrical panels. I felt confident in his knowledge on the matter that was trying to be resolved. I bought into the yearly membership, so there was no cost for the visit. That purchase was one of the best things I could have done! Great service.

As CCAC installed our A/C many years ago, we have not had any major issues. We have used them for maintenance and they have always done a very good job. Joey Chapa was very professional and friendly. Joey was very knowledgeable and told us what had to be repaired and fixed it right away. Thanks.

I have nothing but good to say about everyone of the people here. From the receptionist, to the electrician, plumbers, and HVAC specialists. They have always made us feel like they were taking care of a friend. Will use them always. And a special shout out to Anthony who not only did the electrical work we needed but explained what he was doing to a nervous homeowner. He’s the best!
