Brance did a real good job. Explained the issue or possible issues with a solution. It ended up just having to replace a GFCI plug. Cost for plug and repair was a little pricey to me but still overall happy with service. Brandon did an excellent job and very friendly.

Just was very nice and explained what is probably wrong with the ac unit. He also mentioned it might be time to replace. I appreciated his honest and the low price service fee to come out at night.

Having an house built in the 1930’s we are definitely regulars with CCAC as we update things. We recently had a problem with our gas dryer that smelled like sewage, not gas, when using and it was driving us crazy! Before Jay came we had done several things attempting to fix the problem but nothing was working. Fingers crossed, I THINK Jay figured it out. We’ve only used the dryer once since repair but even before it didn’t do it every cycle so hopefully it’s a good sign we’re clear.
So for plumbing I recommend Jay.
And AC/heating needs I recommend Eddie.
And for electrical, I recommend Oscar.
Also for sure get the membership!! It is completely worth having.

We needed our combination light, heater, and exhaust fan replaced in our bathroom, in addition to the vanity light. We also had to upgrade our electrical system by replacing our breakers, inside and out. I called Mathews CCAC, because they are a reputable company, and are reliable. (I must admit I adore Mobley too!). Toby was prompt, friendly, and did a great job replacing the vanity light and combination light, fan, and heater in our bathroom. Anthony and Raul were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job upgrading our electrical system. I highly recommend Mathews CCAC. They have great, experienced people who can do a variety of services (AC, plumbing and electrical), all under one roof, I mean woof!

Joey with CCAC was on time, thorough, and gave a great assessment of our A/C. Friendly, professional, and experienced. Will use CCAC/Joey again in the future. We will need to replace our 15 year old A\C unit, and trust Joey and team will do it right.

Ben M did the actual install. Very friendly, great customer service, and explained the work as he was going through the project. Cleaned up afterwards and checked to ensure everything was operational.

Will continue to use CCAC with this level of service and professionalism.

Jeff was very professional & did a great job. He thoroughly inspected my unit and gave me peace of mind after a blown fuse. Very satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend. And they were able to come same day on Saturday within just a few hours.

It was an estimate for a detailed job. He an his helper gave great customer service, describes many options a pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of each. We felt like our decisions were well-informed.

Tony was awesome! Very personable, provided wonderful explanation of services, documentation and pictures. He addressed all small problems that could impede my AC units from working at a later time, if they were not taken care of.

They tried arriving 2 hours before my scheduled appointment which I could not make because I was at work, the whole reason for the time I selected. They ended up rescheduling me for the next day after a confusing round-about of talking to 2 different people telling me different days. I paid $300 for a bathtub cartridge replacement... But they stopped the leak I was dealing with and were very friendly, helpful and respectful while at my residence.

Had Vince Gomez for an electrical inspection, and Alec Huizar for a plumbing inspection. Vince was very knowledgeable in his area and not only explained things in an understandable way but also helped explain why doing/not doing things were important. Alec had a great attitude and was also very knowledgeable in his area. Both went above and beyond in informing me what was happening and describing why. Very fair pricing from the company and very reasonable timeframe of getting things done. If anyone has any future needs in either plumbing or electrical requesting these guys would be the best move to make.

Carlos and Zack came in to install a new AC and heating unit both in the attic and outside. They communicated well and were informative. Despite the weather being rainy and the ground being muddy Carlos and Zack both took measures to keep our garage and home floors clean. They showed me how to use our new thermostat and ensured I had the office number available if I had any questions. Carlos made sure I had the owners manual. They were respectful in communication and the install was done in a timely manner. Both our garage and the area outside where our unit is located were clean when they departed. Carlos and Zack were professional, polite and courteous. I worked from home and was not disturbed during the process at all. I also think it is important to note, as a woman home alone during this process, I felt safe and comfortable around both Carlos and Zack with no feelings of unease, which is always an important measure to consider when choosing any home services.

Regarding price, I believe we paid a fair market price for the new system. It comes with a 10year parts warranty from Trane and a labor warranty through Mathews CCAC. Our interest rate is set at 0% making monthly installments affordable.

I explain to the technician that I have been working with my Home Warranty for three months regarding the dryer and Dryer wall outlet.. Since they couldn’t do the job I was authorized to call an outside source and to bill them later. It took Anthony 30 minutes to diagnose and fixed the problem. Something my Home Warranty could not do. Matthew CCAC only hires professional and courteous people In my experience

Tom, the owner shows everyone his care for his dog Moogly. This caring also is sowed to his customers. His staff was very efficient, fast, spotted the problem and was up and running in a half hour. With the maintenance agreement, I am set to save hundreds of dollars. Thanks to the staff for all your help . I am happy I went with Mathews CCAC because I now have a company that I count on for HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. Thanks to your staff.

Called Matthew’s Plumbing to install a KOHLER toilet I purchased myself. The plumber Alex Huizar called prior and showed up promptly. It took about 1 1/2 hours to remove and replace toilet. Technician was professional and his quality of work was excellent. Labor came with a 2 year warranty. I would definitely recommend this company.

Adam was extremely courteous, professional, and thorough. He informed me of all his checks and let me know the overall status of my system. I was very pleased. System was cooling better and was quieter after he was finished.

My AC stopped working. I called two other companies before I booked an appt with them. The other two never responded. Within 10 minutes staff member reached out and booked my appt. Service Man (Kevin) was very nice and professional. He explained everything and made me feel better after all was done. Happy and signed up for the Maintenance Plan for AC, Plumbing and Electrical.

On November 5, 2025 I reached out to CCAC because I needed a plumbing repair done and at that time I had no water access in my home. CCAC didn't waste anytime. They were at my place within 3 hours. Alec from CCAC and coworker Eric came to my home to repair a bathroom faucet. The Positive conversation and engagement started before they even arrived. The team called me as I requested before arriving so I could put my dogs in back.
From the time Alec entered my home and until he left he was a total professional. Alec explained what the issue was, that it is a simple repair and covered the necessary steps needed to repair. The best part, is that I got lucky with selecting CCAC. Alec is an expert in his field . Alec identified the issue quickly, without even inspecting it first. He said, if all goes well “fifteen minutes” and he will be on his way. Alec was totally correct . The entire repair process was quick and he was efficient.
Alec highly respected me making me feel like I was part of his family.

He is very efficient , friendly and took care of my problem quickly. I was really glad he had all the tools he needed and parts to repair my damage to my sink. I'm also going to have him come out and repair my shut off valve outside to my house in the next couple of weeks. We are military and new to the area and appreciate the military discount. We recently purchased a full home generator with mobile monitoring. Juan and his team were great to work with. They performed a professional installation of our home generator making sure the aesthetics of our home remained following installation. They communicated clearly and proactively to ensure scheduling was convenient and worked with our schedules.

A few months after the install was completed, they messaged me within minutes of our generator’s first use to make sure everything was working as expected. We in fact had some anomaly where the generator was cycling on and off (AEP’s fault) and Juan’s team was at our house within the hour to inspect the unit and make sure it was working as intended.
