You will not find better service with any other company!! I made the phone call at 5 o’clock in the afternoon thinking they probably would be closed. To my surprise was connected right away for someone to help me.. I was able to pay down a Diagnostic fee over the phone. They had a tech at my house the following morning by 9:00 AM. The tech Josh was very respectful. The generator I had was not their brand, but they jumped right onto the job and got me running within two hours after getting parts! I would highly highly recommend this company. I’m going to tell all my friends they need to get a generator and use them. I had tried another company and was on a waiting list for over two months after putting down my diagnostic fee. After the job was completed, they helped me with the app. Sent me video of the test. Showed me everything was working great. I was at work and was not at home. I was able to pay over the phone with Credit Card. You will not go wrong with using Synergy. I feel if there’s ever an issue I will have no problem contacting them and getting help. They sure gave me a lot of peace of mind. Thank goodness there is still good people around that cares! I was in desperate need after pulling a power line down along with the power pole connected to the house. Called numerous electric companies and no one could come out immediately. Called synergy and they had everything fixed within a couple of hours. They now have the power restored. Much thanks to SYNERGY!!!

Synergy Services did an outstanding job getting my electrical problems fixed! Their lead electrician Juan Hernandez went above and beyond working into the late night ensuring that we had a working/safe repair. Juan coordinated with AEP to get their technician onsite and walked and assisted AEP in troubleshooting the issue. AEP fixed their side of the power issues and we were back in business with electrical power restored to our house. I highly recommend Synergy and Juan Hernandez for any electrical repairs in the future!

Mr. Hernandez took care of me and was UNBELIEVABLY prompt when I needed his help in the middle of the night. The professionalism and concern for their customers was impressive. In our hotel's time of need in the middle of the night, they answered and showed up as promised.

Just added a remote monitor to our home generator. After calling Juan and getting all the info regarding the advantages of having one installed, we decided to have him do it.
Long story short, we are quite pleased with his team regarding the work that they did. Juan was also readily available to answer further questions I had and “always”returned my calls. We will now have a maintenance plan with Juan to make sure our unit is well maintained for years to come.
I highly recommend Juan and his team for any service contract for your home generator or if you’re in the market to buy one.

Synergy Home sent two Gentleman to our property recently to preform electrical repairs. The service that we received was top notch and dispatch was A+. All work was preformed quickly and precise, I will only use Synergy Home when we have any other items in the future! Highly recommend this company 5++ Stars!!!!

Terrible customer service. Terrible execution of the job that we asked them to do. Terrible communication. I wasn't even able to find someone with the company to voice a complaint with, so I'm left making a review on Google Maps. Promised to update me on the job's status then ghosted me for days. Didn't follow instructions after ample communication, delaying our project. And suddenly their desire to communicate improved drastically when they wanted the other half of the invoice paid. Rude and unprofessional, my advice is to avoid Synergy and use another service.

Juan and his team installed a new meter loop, pole, breaker box, electrical hookup … all for a new meter to connect to a water well on the ranch. Throughout the entire process, from quote to installation, Juan educated me on the process. I highly recommend Juan and his team.

Wonderful work by this company and their employees! Prompt with their response and scheduling and arrival to the job. We were having trouble with our AC system at the time that was newly installed by another company. We found out through our warranty with that company that we have wiring not up to code to run the new AC system we had recently installed. Which was causing shortages to the AC electrical boards. Synergy and their employees were able to route new wires and installed a new breaker panel as ours was outdated and needed a surge protector. This company had very through communication as well and I will definitely be working with this company again in the future.

Excellent response from a Yelp lead. Tech (Juan Hdz.) contacted within a few minutes of the service request and was at the residence in short time. Great communication sending photos of an aged unit and explaining options. The highest point was trying to save me money and not waste it on a repair that would only give me a short term fix.
