Saul Segura of Texas Air Conditioning and Heating delivered excellent service! He spent a lot of time carefully examining my unit inside and out, he rinsed out the coils, checked all connections, and lots of other things. He informed me of an issue that needed to be addressed and one that he can see coming up in the future. He told me what to look for and what to do if it happens. He was amazing! Saul is extremely caring, honest, and thorough and I would highly recommend him for all of your air conditioning and heating needs.

Saul is very professional and is very responsive to your calls. I called cause my AC got clogged and he was at my house repairing it within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company. Hard to find a great trustworthy company and I finally found one.

Saul has always done a good job for us. He replaced ducts that were long due in my older home. He will always be my go to for anything HVAC related.

Our compressor died and Saul did a great job of presenting our options and costs He had even put a hold on the unit we would need so it was immediately available once we made a decision. He devoted himself to getting our equipment up and running the same day. We would recommend him readily at any time.

Saul @ Texas Air Conditioning and Heating is the BEST! He is honest, dependable, professional, respectful, and a subject matter expert in his field! He was recommended to us when we moved here in 2021 from Washington DC, and we have not and will not use anyone else for our air conditioning and or heating needs! Better call Saul! Saul replaced a 5 ton HVAC unit for us the in the heat of July 2023, within two days; It took one day to order the unit and he installed it the next day. Saul came on very short notice, same day with in 4hrs and would text his ETA which was very punctual! He wore a mask in our home while working, was fast and efficient in finding and clearing our clogged AC drain line! He also discussed preventive maintenance and what else we could for our syst / AC. Not only was he reasonable but he emailed me my invoice within minutes of me paying by check. Saul is a professional and I would recommend him to anyone, I know I'll be passing out his card to my family for sure! Thank you Saul!!

Our AC stopped working and we didn’t expect anyone to be available same day. Even though Saul had other jobs pending he made time for us to stop by and look at our AC. He was very professional and explained everything in detail in regards to the issues we were having as well as made some very good, no pressure recommendations for the future. Saul was fantastic. Very quick and efficient. He was able to troubleshoot the issue hand got the air conditioner back up and running. I will definitely call them with any issues and maintenance needed.

Our AC stopped working 3 days ago. We called today (Sunday) to see if we could make a appt for the following week. Saul advised that he could stop by within 45 min. He came to check out the system and had us up and running within 30 minutes . He was very helpful and polite. He was also very knowledgeable on our system. We look forward to future dealings!
