Exceptional customer service, professionalism, patience and kindness has just won Synergy a long-term customer— the staff bent over backwards to take care of us, squeezing us in when they didn’t have availability after learning we had no electricity whatsoever and had a technician out here within the hour. The issue ended up being 100% operator error, and yet at no point did Josh belittle us or make us feel ignorant. Instead, he very kindly and professionally walked us through what the problem was, relabeled several outdoor electrical panels and explained to us how to check ours and reset it in the future. Even feeling as foolish as I did, I was fully prepared to pay the diagnostic charge so Josh and Synergy would get paid for their time, especially after they went out of their way to get us in, yet Josh insisted there would be no fee. Embarrassment aside, please know that you and your staff made myself and my partner feel immediately cared about, that we had someone on our side while we were trying not to panic, and how deeply appreciative we are for both your commitment to providing excellent service, and for being wonderful human beings. We will, without a doubt be using Synergy in the future and recommending your company to others.

I initially called and had to leave a voicemail. My call was promptly returned by Angelina. She was the sweetest through the whole process. On the same day, Jose and Josh were dispatched over to my residence and they were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were both able to answer my questions and concerns about the issue we were having with our meter box.

I called in need of an electrician to address an issue at home with fuses.
They answered my 1st call on the 2nd ring. Evangelina (I think that was her name) handled my request quickly and assigned my request to a technician who was at my house within 20 minutes of my call. During the initial conversation I was informed of the initial cost of diagnosis which I agreed to! The price was extremely reasonable! What a pleasant surprise!!! Wow!!!
The technician Josh was extremely professional and quick to assess the problem. The issue was fixed in under 1 hour. He was patient and addressed all of mine and my husband's questions and concerns.

He let me know that there would be NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES other than what had already been quoted to me during the phone call. I was so pleasantly surprised again. I felt like I should be paying more for the work that was performed especially in light of the timeframe. Literally....my electrical issue was resolved within 1.5 hours of the time I first contacted the company!!!!

I will be spreading the word on social media and with all of our friends! Most of our friends are higher ups in industrial construction so I am hoping to send some new customers to this company 😊
