Jay from CCAC did a great job with my initial leak. CCAC was able to come out same day and get the job done. Overall as far as CCAC goes I do believe their pricing is higher than most and would recommend looking around if you can. I had a leak come back in a different place the next day and I was able to go with another plumber at a more reasonable price.

We had a great experience and Raul was terrific! He assessed the issue, showed us repair options, left shortly to get the parts and did the repair on the light fixture. He even cleaned both plastic covers and vacuumed when he was done. Really great service!

Horrible service and they have Technicians that don’t know what they are doing! 1. A/C not turning on, the technician turned the system on and off a couple of times checked outside and attic units said both are fine and got it working..
one week later same issue the outside units making a loud noises and keeps turning on and off with a few clicks in between..
We suspected it might be our thermostat, I called for a tach to check it.. They sent the same technician and he replaced it..

After the 3rd call and a request for a different technician, it needed a new flow switch, then said my coils have corrosion and I will need a new system for only 20k!!!
I decided to call a friend and he recommended a company with the most customer friendly service and very well educated technicians.
They found a leak in the coils and it was almost out of refrigerant!!
Long story short..
I’ve spent over $600 in a three week period and I yes I have a maintenance agreement!!
I’ve called and asked to speak with a manager but of course I never received a call back..
Humm… makes you wonder if they are really concerned about their customers!!

Best professional experience from Matthews. From the initial call to my home assessment for a HVAC and ducts cleaning quote. Jerry Contreras was courteous and professional did a thorough job inspection giving me a detailed cleaning quote, upfront pricing with no pressure to commit.

Joey was great and gets 5 stars by himself!! Very knowledgeable and great attitude! He was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it quickly!
Part pricing from the company though knocks this down a star. Other than that great company with a great worker!

I would not recommend this plumbing service. The prices were absolutely exorbitant and frankly ridiculous for the work that was quoted. There was no sense of transparency or value at all.

Jay, the technician who came out, was dismissive and not particularly professional. On top of that, his communication style felt extremely casual and out of place for a paid service call. That kind of behavior might be common with Gen Z (Zoomers), but it doesn’t inspire confidence when you’re dealing with serious home repairs.

To say it in a way he might understand: “no cap fam, low key, don’t use this service.”
Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Great job! Our A/C wasn’t working and it was already after 3pm, we weren’t sure if we were going to be able to get anyone out that late in the day. We called Mathews CCAC and they had someone out within 30mins. Once the tech, Jerry Contreras, came he diagnosed the issue, quoted us, and fixed the issue within another 30mins! Our A/C started working again and we didn’t have to suffer in the heat with our three small kids. Thank you so much for the fast and great work Mathews CCAC!! We appreciate it!!

Tony from CCAC did a routine check and maintenance of my system as it has been operating for one year now. He did a fine job and was very observant. He pays attention to details. Everything checked out good.

Great service! Our technician, Angel, was courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend CCAC and will request to have Angel as our technician due to his excellent service.

Had a braided hose that was part of our kitchen faucet burst. It was only 4 months old. Kraus brand…(will not buy that brand again). Called Mathew’s CCAC and they scheduled us same day. Technician Jayson Sandoval showed up within couple hours of our call. Immediately identified problem, and said they had never seen a braided hose burst like that. Recommended Delta or Moen, so we bought a new faucet and they came back the very next morning and installed it. Best service and professionals. If we ever have a problem with this or HVAC in future, we know who we will be calling. They even gave us a military discount. Highly recommend!

Jerry is our regular technician that comes to maintain our unit. He is very informative and nice. He is also very patient with all my animals barking! Highly recommend :)

Mathew’s saved the day on a Sunday after a terrible storm. They sent a technician right away, and David R. was awesome! He fixed our compressor quickly and was friendly and professional. Thank you so much for helping us when we needed it most-you kept our family in our home.

Romeo was the plumbing technician that came out to my home and was able to unclog my washer drain and sink drain without any problems! Very professional and helpful! Definitely will be using Mathew’s CCAC for any future work.

I received friendly and professional service from employee Alec H. with Mathews CCAC who came out the same day of my call. He arrived promptly as scheduled and was able to repair a faulty outdoor water faucet. I was pleased with the explanation of the work he performed and warranty behind it. Alec was courteous, respectful and helpful which is an asset to the company he works for.

My mom liked the commercials for Matthew A/C and when her A/C was acting up, she called in for a service call. Jeff was the tech who was sent. He was very friendly, honest and professional. He did a good job! He didn’t find anything wrong but did make some practical suggestions . The service call charge was fair and my mom’s concerns were put at ease. She said she will continue to do business with them! Well done! 👍

Justin Craig was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to be thorough and educate us. We felt he was trustworthy and went above and beyond to help. I would recommend him and the company to everyone.

Vince Gomez was an excellent electrician. I loved the way he was explaining the issues he found with the switches. He corrected the issues. He made sure everything was in working order before he left.I will definitely call on Matthews CCAC and ask for Vince on my next issues. Jay was great! He was very knowledgeable and straight to the point. He finished the job in a timely manner and answered all my questions.

Eric and Pete were efficient, pleasant and careful. They explained all along the way. They took away the old air conditioner and cleaned up all detritus. I highly recommend them!

Techs did a great job sorting out electrical issues (outlets not working) and installed ceiling fans. Very impressive know-how and answered my questions thoroughly. Feel safer knowing they did the job professionally and got things up and running again. Much appreciated.
