I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the disrespectful treatment I experienced. There is a complete lack of reliability and transparency regarding pricing. They tried to pressure me into paying before even providing a receipt, which makes it clear they are only focused on taking money. Every time I called, I was given different information about prices, showing no consistency or honesty. The representatives were impatient on the phone, and their behavior further highlighted the untrustworthy nature of their service.

I have so many complaints about their service. We used them for our new home build. First fail…they ran vents out of our roof without sealing it and we had rain running in through the roof. Second fail…management said it wasn’t their responsibility to seal it or even notify anyone they left it open, despite our sales rep saying that they should’ve done it. 3rd fail…interior installation. Every time our vents start to blow, whether it be heat or ac, things pop and make moving sounds. They are not a company I would trust to do work for me again and I wouldn’t suggest them for you

Irma and Addison are the way to go! They have helped me get a new property under control and are extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. I truly appreciate them and the knowledge they brought to the table.

I had my AC repaired and I was educated by the great technician who performed the work on how some parts went bad in my AC. Thanks to the technician Raul Martinez, my AC is back up and running! Great technician! I’ll definitely be doing business with Colair again 👍🏽 💯

Raul, was very thorough in inspecting our unit, replaced outside relay, made sure unit was working properly. Made recommendations on duct work needed. Also cleaned inside unit.
I strongly recommend Colair.

The crew was exceptionally respectful and professional, making quick accommodations for my family after we had been without AC for two months due to a prior untrustworthy AC company. In just two business days, COLAIR COOLING had us enjoying cold, fresh air again! My family and I are truly grateful for their outstanding service. I was having trouble with my aging outside AC unit and contacted Colair to have it checked. Mr. Eddie Ramirez was the technician assigned and arrived shortly after my call. He introduced himself, asked about my AC issue, and explained the process to find the cause.

After completing a thorough inspection of the outside and inside units, including the thermostat, Mr. Ramirez explained (in plain English) exactly what condition they were in and even provided pictures to backup his findings. He then informed me of my options along with costs to either repair or replace my AC system. I decided to replace it.

Throughout this whole process Mr. Eddie Ramirez was very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. A true professional.

Had Colair come out today to do initial inspection of all 3 of our residential hvac units. I was impressed by how thorough the inspection was. Our technician was Adrian Garcia and he showed us pictures of what he discovered and gave his recommendations based on those pictures. 10/10 recommend.

Joe Elizalde showed up right on time and Really delivered quality and excellent service. He explained what needed to be done to keep ac running most effectively. He showed me pictures of ac and really explained in clear language I could understand. He covered all areas and took his time with me. He went way above anything I expected for a regular maintenance call.I feel comfortable saying Joe will keep us clean and cool in hot and humid South Texas.

Adrian Garcia was very professional and efficient. He was finished much faster than expected, and he tested the entire system after completing the work.
