This company should be ashamed of how they treat people. I’m in my 70s and dealing with health issues, and A&M Air Conditioning Services has left me completely stranded. They came out, worked on my system, it stopped working 2 days later. My warranty company approved additional repairs on 9/2, and since then A&M has ghosted me. They’ve read my texts and ignored them, and I’ve called several times with no return call.

Thank goodness for cameras all around my home.

To leave an elderly person with health concerns without AC and without so much as a courtesy call is beyond unprofessional it’s heartless. If they didn’t want my business, they should have just said so instead of wasting my time and putting my health at risk. No one should ever have to deal with a company this careless and disrespectful.

I’m going to contact the news, TDLR as well as the BBB. This company should not be in business, thank goodness my daughter knows them. We own several companies and will make sure no one uses this company.
After reading the other reviews I see other people have had the same issues. Will be posting the screenshots of read text messages with no response.

I can't say enough about these guys! They are awesome. Our AC stopped working and we used a guy a neighbor suggested. While they were there fixing the AC I had them install a smart thermostat I had laying around for a year. The other guys "fixed" the AC and installed the thermostat and left without even checking to see if it worked. They fed my wife a lie about what they did to fix it and then said they added freon. Common sense would tell you that if you had to add freon then it is leaking and you need to find the leak but they didn't. I get home and can immediately tell they didn't install the thermostat correctly because the compressor wasn't kicking on. So I had to have them come back out and just put the old thermostat back on because I this point I don't trust them to do anything to my system. I called around to find out how much to install my thermostat and Tommy was half the price of everyone else so I made an appointment. The tech Rolando came out and was exactly on time when he said he'd be. He was able to install it in 10 minutes and even fix what the other guys broke trying to install it. Rolando then did a complete check out of my system from head to toe and didn't even change me extra for it! He figured out exactly where the leak in freon was.. He explained every step he was doing and why so I can tell these guys are honest and know what they're doing. These guys definitely have a new loyal customer. I'll never go to anyone else.

Called them and a couple of other companies around 11:30 last night. They were the only ones to call me back at 8 am. Showed up at 8.45. Found the issue and fixed it. He was thorough and kept me informed about everything before fixing it. Thank goodness they came through for us. Oh I canceled my home insurance policy they were no help whatsoever. Not buying another one again. Will definitely call them back if any issues arise again. Hopefully not for a long time 😄. Great professional work! Thank you Roland for your great service.

Extremely professional staff! I called their business and they were able to come out right away. I received a text with a picture of the technician that would be arriving to my home. Technician, Jason Herrera, called when he was about 10 minutes away and he was very courteous and extremely professional. Jason was very thorough in troubleshooting our AC and had our system running within the hour. I would definitely be using them for any AC needs!

We had an exceptional experience! A technician was here within 2 hours of our call on a Friday afternoon. He was very nice and respectful. We ended up needing to replace our entire AC system, which we were not expecting to, but he explained 6 options very thoroughly, so we could make the best decision for ourselves. “The Torch” exceeded our expectations and provided us with much needed cold air!

I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Mr. Tommy Mathison, today regarding options and estimates for replacing my two HVAC systems.

Not only did he take time to answer all of my questions, he was extremely professional, no sales pressure, and made me feel like I had been a customer for years.

I have no doubt that the hundreds of 5-star reviews reflect the owner's philosophy and honesty throughout his company. And that's rare to find today.

Had a great experience with tech. he solved rhe problem quickly at a reasonable rate.

They came out the same day and once they knew what needed to be replaced they looked around the city but the right part was not available so they did a temporary fix until the correct part could come in because of my wife’s health issues with her breathing

We really appreciate their work, service, and competitive pricing. We have been having issues with condensation and humidity in our home and no one has been able to come up with a solution. They were the first to notice an obvious issue that helped but not 100%. They then did a full inspection to find contributing issues and no one has ever bothered to look at the bigger picture. We now have a few things to slowly work on/fix that might all be contributing towards issue. They are a company of integrity and we thoroughly appreciate them and will recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you Tommy Cool for helping us. God Bless.

Absolutely the best. My name is Albert and I live in Portland, Texas. I had AC issues on Sunday morning. I looked up Tommy cool due to all the radio commercials they have. I decided to see if everything they say is true. Well, sure enough!!! 100% true on everything positive Tommy cool represents. After I called them I had a master-tech named Jason show up in 15 minutes. The call was placed on a Sunday of all days. I was shocked. Incredible AC business for sure. Any competition out there needs to join forces with Tommy Cool. The professional attitude from Jason was outstanding. The service was top notch. Our technician Matthew was very polite and professional. He took his time giving an explanation of the problem we are having. He gave us options for the future of what we should expect. This is our second time having Tommy Cool come to our house...very satisfied both times😊

Matthew is very friendly, professional and thorough. He did an excellent job and explained what he found and the work that needed to be done. There were no high pressure tactics and no ‘doom and gloom’ scenario that made me concerned that the air conditioner was on its last leg and about to die any moment, just an honest and detailed account of what he found, along with pictures! We agreed that he would email a quote for me and my husband to look over and discuss before moving forward with the work that is needed. Very happy with the service I received!!

We elected to have Tommy Cool come out and fix our AC unit when it stopped cooling our home two years ago. They did a great job. Since then, we have had them come out for routine checkups. It’s always a pleasure. They have some of the best customer service we have seen from any kind of service company. Torchy and Jason have been our most consistent technicians and have been incredible!

We have had nothing but amazing service from Tommy Cool!! They are honest and happily answer all questions and explain details. Jason and Torchy have been to our house a few times to either fix our a/c or perform routine maintenance. They are both so kind and professional. The whole experience was great. Rats destroyed our ducts and Tommy Cool came to the rescue. Tommy came out to assess the damage and give us a quote for repairs. He was very understanding and reasonable with his approach. Not only did I feel that we got the best service up front, but we also got the most reasonable price as well. The crew came out the following Monday to complete the repairs. They were here on time, they finished the work on time and everything was cleaned up when they left. We were upset that rats in our attic had caused such damage. Even though it was a large expense, we feel we got the best solution at a very fair price from Tommy Cool. They made a bad situation more bearable.

The people at Tommy Cool Air are so friendly, nice, easy to work with, and respectful. The owner was very attentive and gave us several different options to choose from, went over pros and cons, and answered our questions. On the day of our service the office sent out a message stating the technician was on their way and included a picture of the technician as well as a short sentence about him- his likes, hobbies, and interests. I thought that was the coolest thing! Really made me feel comfortable with the technician and made the experience so much more friendly and personable. Rolando “Torch” was my technician and was a true pleasure to work with- super friendly, very knowledgeable, respectful, and skilled. I don’t typically leave reviews but I was so impressed with their company that I felt compelled to leave one. Highly recommend!

This company is amazing!! Thomas did a great job of informing us what is going on with our AC and duct work. He also was amazing at getting us multiple proposals for the job for us to choose what was right for us. Michael arrived on time for the job, was professional and courteous the entire time. Two other technicians joined him to help replace our AC, coil for the heater, and all of our ducts. They did the entire job in about six hours when we were told it was a two day job. We highly recommend this company.

Called today & got a technician on-site within a few hours!! Amazing customer service. I always heard the commercial over the radio & always said if my AC ever went out I would call Tommy. I am so glad I did, Rolando was our tech and was super nice asked if myself or my household needed anything from the store because he needed to stop for gas/water. He even called me for a delay due to traffic, very informative with everything he was doing! Thank you!!!

We’ve been having cooling/humidity issues in a new build home for the past two years and had multiple local companies come out to work on the system at least 12 times never fixing the underlying issues. Called Tommy Cool and Tommy was out the next day and spent hours diagnosing the many issues with the system providing recommendations and different options. Communication was superb between Sierra and Tommy from initial diagnosis all the way through the install. The technicians that came out (Ricky, Jared, and Matthew) were extremely professional and took pride in their work. There never seemed to be a rush for the crew to get to the next job, they stayed all day to ensure things were done right. Can wholeheartedly say Tommy Cool has provided the best customer service I’ve experienced as a homeowner, a testament to the management and the skilled and passionate tradesman completing the services. Highly recommend!
