My AC outside unit went out on Saturday night at 10:00pm called every 24 hrs service no one available I .. when I called Long’s Air conditioning service I spoke with Vivian she was very helpful and told me a tech would be out in 45 minutes ...the service fee was little hefty but with family and grandkids and dogs at home it was worth it... Thank you for saving me that night

They came exactly at the time they said they would, not only fixed the problem I knew about but also fixed another problem without charging me extra. Their fees are very reasonable and their customer service is outstanding. I will certainly phone them again.

Shout out to Long’s!! My sweet, little, ol’ Granny had her AC go out one evening in the dead of South Texas summer. Long’s went out after hours (quite a far distance) without skipping a beat! Not only did he get it fixed in a timely manner, but he checked everything out for her and prepared her with a future plan for replacing her current unit when the time comes.

My ac unit stop cooling on a weekend and it was hot out. I called Mike at Long's Heating & AC and he had a service tech at my home in 30 minutes. Service tech Ross, was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem quickly. Thank you for the prompt service and for getting my unit cooling again!

This place was priced well when i called.. i was quoted $85 hour which was great and since my unit was only 2 years old it was under warranty. After the maintenance was done i was bill $500 for labor for 1 hour of going out to see what was wrong and 1 hour and 45 min of work which should have came out to around $208.25, even at 3 hours is $255 plus the service of freon ($180). Well im pretty sure i know how to add and 85 x 2.5 sure doesnt equal 500. So then im told i am being bill for 2 guys at $85 hour @1hr 45 min. And 1 guy for the other hour, Plus i have to pay them to use their equipment and tools to do the job too. Well that still doesn’t equal 500. Then to find out 7 hours later when the house was still 85 degrees, the 2 guys forgot to service the unit with freon even though i was charged for freon. I was told they did me a favor by not charging to go back out to finish a job they could do right the first time. i guess I should have waited because other places i have gone with didnt bill me for each person that had to go out, it was per hour. And at $120 an hour for 3 hours was still less then the $85 an hour i was quoted. I asked for a detailed bill for the labor and was told, we would have to charge you way more if thats the case and we can NOT give you a detailed bill unless you paid us more. I spoke to the owner who then told me its a flat rate thats what we charge i dont know what to tell you. I guess some companies have NO Integrity. No one was on the same page as far as what they charge for different services.

Not sure how to reply to the message left on my review, but i was quoted $85 an hour and thats what i agreed to! And when i spoke to the owner over the phone he was rude compared the the reply left on the review i left. Guess you what to try and look as nice as possible when cheating someone out of their money!

I purchased a Gree Mini Split air conditioner two years ago! Their installers were professional, though and neat. Their service and office staff are responsive and helpful.

What a great job their TEAM did. They were able to get me a great unit at a great price. They were fast and clean. I have had the unit a few weeks now and they have followed up on how we are doing.

Long's is an excellent AC company. They are thourogh and efficient with great customer service. I highly recommend their services. You will not be disappointed with their workmanship. They sell a quality product in American Standard and they support it very well.
