Huge thank you to Total Assurance AC & Heating for coming out so quickly late at night especially during this Texas freeze!! The issue was fixed in less than an hour! Total Assurance has never let us down every time we have had to call. Definitely recommend!

Total Assurance A/C & Heating Company was above and beyond. My A/C went out in the middle of the night. I called their 24/7 number in the middle of the night 12:45am and set up an appointment for 8:00am. The tech showed up on time fixed my issue, professionally and in a timely manner. I can’t express the professionalism expressed. Great job. I will recommend them to all my friends and contacts. Well done!!!

HVAC unit went out at 9:00pm a few nights ago. They were able to get someone to my house within less than an hour and get it fixed within another 40 minutes or so. It was a quick and easy fix. They were honest and kept the price low due to the fix being so simple regarding some wiring. I really appreciate the sense of urgency they have when it comes to their customers. Thank you very much to Robert the technician that came out.

Total Assurance provided a quick response when the AC went out at my home. They quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue. The next morning I was provided with two solutions. I chose the solution that best fit my budget and the replacement unit was installed the next day. The technicians were both courteous and professional. Called them for my heating system not working and it was blowing cold air, the guy working on my system was very nice and well mannered. I switched to using the directly rather than going through my home warranty due to the quick service! These guys get it right the first time and the best thing about it is they are fast! Strongly recommend them. The best in town for sure

AC went down on Sunday. Called 3-4 places that said they were open but no answer. Called Total assurance and they picked up, had a tech Kyle out within 2 hours. Kyle diagnosed the issue, overnighted the part and came back out with Wayne on Wednesday. They made their repair but still werent satisfied with the performance the unit was putting out so they spent more time and found another part needed to be replaced. Wayne ran out and picked it up and they replaced it. When they were done the unit was fully functional again. Kyle was professional and courteous and transparent about the whole repair process. They did excellent work and we are back to being comfortable thanks to them.

Kyle, with Total Assurance AC & Heating, was excellent! He was with second company that came out today. The first couldn’t do repairs for 3 days. Kyle fixed problem same day. I will definitely put this company in my contacts list and use them for my ac and heating. Thank you!

Would like to thank Kyle for addressing our AC failure in mid August on the island. He fixed the problem, got AC restored, fixed the root of the issue and did what he could on an emergency sort of call. I will call back for balancing work on the house when attic temps are better for the crew. Thanks.

Picture this: it's 1:00 a.m. in South Texas, and our AC suddenly stops working. Inside the house, the temperature is already climbing past 78 degrees. We sent a message to these God-sent people, assuming no help would come until the next day. To our suprise, Chris responded right away and walked us through how to fix the system. Not only did he save us money, but he also gave us peace of mind-reminding us that there truly are amazing companies that care for their customers.

I was very pleased with the quick response when I called Total Assurance to come out and give me an estimate for replacing my AC unit. Wayne was very informative, explaining all the options and how everything works. After considering 4 estimates, I chose this company. They were able to install my new unit the next day. After the installation, the unit wouldn't turn on so they sent an electrician to check it. Later Wayne came out after hours and got everything working. I am so pleased with my new Lennox system. It cools very well and is so quiet compared to my old unit. I will recommend Total Assurance to my friends!

Total Assurance is always on the ball and has been for the five years and two houses at which we have counted on their expertise, whether doing buyer and seller inspections, preventative maintenance, installation of new systems (one at old house, one at new house) and even with helping to limp an old system along that is just begging to be replaced until the time is right. The visit today by Abel was top notch. Very knowledgeable and professional, questions thoroughly answered and left me with no questions or concerns left unaddressed.

Total assurance in Rockport were very professional. They came to my RV to make sure a mini split would work without charging me. Installed my mini split the same day! I have already recommended them to several people I know.

When my A/C was performing poorly I initially contacted another A/C company. Who was not helpful at all. Birdwell came out the very same day, inspected my unit and was able to determine the problem. They fixed it and my A/C has been performing perfectly again ever since.

Then I needed two new mini splits installed in my guest house. Tia was most helpful and got the units ordered, had an install date for me not even a week out and the install went smoothly.

Another A/C company had suggested mini splits that would have been the wrong size and caused moister build up over time.

Unlike other companies, Birdwell A/C does not try to upsell or perform unnecessary repairs.

I highly recommend Birdwell A/C to anyone looking for a company that gets the job done. And always charges absolutely fair prices!
