Knowing a good HVAC business in south Texas isn't a luxury, it's a must! I've called on Long's several times while both selling our family home and buying my current place. They're fast, reasonable and knowledgeable. The techs I've dealt with have all been professional and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Long's to anyone needing help with their heating or AC systems. There's a lot of options out there but these guys? I've got them on speed dial!

Long's AC and heating are nothing short of spectacular. From the brand they install, to the professionalism of the technicians, they are all around really great! We would highly recommend them if you are needing some work done on your unit. When the going gets hot, these guys are lifesavers. We have had them do several units on our property and have done marvelous work.

Long's installed my unit when my home was built. They have serviced it annually ever since. I have had zero problems! They are reliable, fast and fair. My mother had another company install a new unit and spent $1000 each summer on repairs. After she switched to Long's, again zero problems! I would highly recommend them.

Long's was professional and courteous. They made sure not to track mud inside and cleaned everything up after they were done. The office staff was great too, always helpful. I'm very happy with my new AC unit. I would recommend Long's to friends and family.

Mike provided us outstanding and timely service when our old air conditioner went out due to a storm's electrical surge. He immediately provided us a competitive and reasonable quote for a quality product to meet our home's needs. He and his team of air conditioning experts followed through consistently from start to finish and ensured that we were happy with the installation and that it would keep us cool!! Everyone was so caring, polite, and efficient so we truly appreciate all they did for us when we really needed a cool place for our arriving guests, as well! Call this company if you want to be ripped off. Their "repair man" took my air handler unit apart. He told me that my motor needed to be replaced. So I agreed to have him replace it. Two hours later after going back to his shop and bringing somebody else to help him he tells me he can't fix it. He heated up the driveshaft of the motor so much that it melted and mushroomed the rod end. They were trying to beat it out with a claw hammer. I told them it's not going to come out because of what they did to the shaft. It needs to be cut out. They said they don't have any cutting tools. I then went to get my compressor and cut wheel. When I get back with my tools they're cutting it with a Sawzall. Then they start to hit on the cut down portion of the driveshaft. After about one minute of that. He says he can't get it done. By this time several calls were made to their office by myself concerning this employees capabilities. They're eventually told to leave by their office since the have other calls to answer. So I was left with a motor that's now even more broken than before, no AC. Two days later I buy my own motor, replace it with the help of a knowledgeable friend, however now for whatever reason the AC won't turn on whereas before there was power, but no working AC. If I could give zero stars or even negative stars that would be my first choice. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. ***UPDATE***After a friend showed up to help me fix my AC he informed me that the AC capacitor was missing. So the "technician" that was hired took private property. 19JULY22. After reviewing my photos there indeed was a capacitor before but not after this company sent their employee. It was probably just a bad capacitor to begin with, so he took it and said it was a bad motor. Then damaged my motor so I was forced to buy one from him since it's hot and we need AC. I've added more photos.

Great customer service! Very responsive. We had an issue after the technician left and my husband called to ask some questions. He was back at our house within 30 minutes (at 10pm even though he wasn’t on call). He fixed the issue and everything began working. Josh was a pleasure to work with!

We have used Total Assurance for our HVAC needs for the last 6 yrs. Besides our regular maintenance we had them install our new system about 2 yrs ago. They have always been responsive at all hours if necessary. Recently Robert was by to do our summer check up on the system and he was spot on time, thorough, courteous and efficient.

Adam with Total Assurance AC & Heating was awesome.He was on time and did a great job. He was very well knowledgeable about the system and explained everything and gave me options to take care of our old a/c unit. . I didn't feel pressured to add any other services but did get some good advice to extend the life of our old unit. Would definitely recommend this company.

I have used them since I first was referred to them in 2020 and have relied on them since then to keep our AC working. I always ask for Omar as well. The team at Total Assurance AC and Heating are the best in Corpus. Over the past year, I have had them out to our house to keep our older systems running. Bianca is a Queen at the shop, with Adam and Robert being the best techs in Corpus. Even when I have a question, one of the techs will call me and we discuss what is going on with the system, helping them troubleshoot and save time when they come out. I am sad that they do not extended home warranty services, I wish they would bring that back, so I could use them for all of my AC and heating needs. But, with that said, I still use them even when I have a home warranty, because I know they will get the job done right the first time. They are on time, communicative, and price fairly.

Eric with total Assurance has come through for us 100% again. We have hired Total Assurance for many projects.

In my 20 plus years of ministry you always look for companies that can take care of your issues and do it at affordable prices. Total Assurance is that type of company. Previously a tech from Total Assurance resolved an issue that at least 4 other companies tried to. Most recently they went above and beyond to get one of our units up and operational for an event we had this past Saturday even showing up at 8am on Saturday morning to get the job done. They even sent someone to get the part in Houston. I can't recommend them enough.
