First call to Jason about my AC not working in triple digit heat he was very understanding and made me feel confident they will be able to fix my AC. Micheal arrived at my home and explained everything that was going on with my AC unit and helped me to understand what was happening and before I know it my home was cooling . I would 100 percent recommend to my family and friends !

Excellent as usual! Finally had to replace my HVAC system and of course I called Birdwell. Their quote was very reasonable (I had one quote that was almost $5k more for exactly the same things) and I am very pleased with how quickly I was helped, both via the office to schedule and when the techs got to me at the earliest part of the time window. Michael is same tech who has helped me before so he already knew the layout. Michael and Jake got the new system installed and running, very politely and with minimal intrusion. The recommended addition of another vent in my kitchen has proven itself worth the extra! I’m not sweating as soon as I turn on the stove now. If you need new, or a repair, I heartily recommend calling Birdwell.

Better late than never (my review, not Birdwell HVAC). Birdwell HVAC replaced our system approximately eighteen months ago. From my very first phone call to Birdwell, to the completion of the job and beyond, we were treated as we were their only customers. The office manager, who is usually the first contact the public has with a company, represents the company well. She is very knowledgeable, articulate, and follows up as promised. We found Jason (owner) to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and did not try to pressure us into a system that was not right for us. The few times that we texted Jason to verify appointment times, etc. Jason would return our texts within a few minutes. Mike (tech @ Birdwell) assisted in installing our system. He is top-notch in his field! He will not cut corners to get the job done. He is a real asset to Birdwell HVAC! They worked quietly and did their best not to disturb us.The work area was left clean and neat. All debris was hauled away. Great service! Great price! Great comfort!

The best A/C company in Corpus. I tried calling several other places in Corpus to help fix my issue and either got put through to someone not local or was treated with very low professionalism. Birdwell are great at what they do and recommend them to anyone who needs help with either HVAC needs.
