Great Service overall.!They were very helpful and knowledgeable in the couple of times I’ve needed their service for both AC and Heating issues. Fairly priced. Gives great customer service from beginning till end. You can speak directly to someone rather than be funneled through text messages, emails and automated recordings.

I have used Total Assurance since I bought my new home. They have inspected my old system. They have installed my new system. Adam and the crew are always on time. They have come over on a Sunday night when I was having problems with my old system. I have recommended them to multiple people I know and all are happy with their service. They came highly recommended to me when I moved to Corpus, and I cannot recommend them more highly for all ac and heating needs.

Total Assurance made a way to help us out with an inspection even though we only gave them one day notice. They also anticipated that we would ask for a quote on some repairs/replacements, so by the time I remember to ask, they had already emailed me the quote. They are extremely professional and helpful. Thanks guys.

Our AC suddenly went out on us Monday evening. Adam had our AC back up and running the following day by about 3-4pm. Customer service was exceptional! Adam arrived promptly and got to work right away. We even dealt with rain on and off and he still made sure to get us taken care of as soon as possible! Adam did a great job explaining everything that was wrong with our unit and what would need to be done. Pricing was also reasonable and he even educated us on the existing warranty that we were unaware of. This is an honest company that is doing what it states to. I certainly recommend their services, as we were very happy with the job, service, promptness, and dedication of Adam and the business. Our parts were obtained same day, which typically doesn’t happen! Thank you again Adam!

Kyle was the technician that I requested because I used him before he moved to your company! He was there when he said he would be, He talked to me over the phone after he looked at the unit, and he easily explained things where I understood the problem. Thank you Kyle--You were great!

Abel technician was a Little angry for doing his job, he didn't explain what's process and activities done till asking him and even he did not check inside all heating or ac unit is working as before after installation heating kit . He removed breaker original and replaced with fuses instead and it supposed to kit come with breaker too

I have purchased 3 air conditions from a local company in the last 2 years, they have been around for years,(it is 4 initials). I needed a one year old air condition fixed on Saturday night at 9:30 pm. They advertise 24 hr service and we even have a yearly service contract. They come out with no after hours prices. The property to be serviced was one of our homes with 2 elderly people. No one would call me back! Then dispatch said, no one would call till the morning. I called TOTAL ASSURANCE at 11 and the nicest guy named Adam was happy to help me. Adam came right over, was kind, professional & the nicest person. We were up and running in minutes! They truly are 24 hour service! Thanks again Adam!!!

Omar is a great technician; very smart and knowledgeable. He provided great customer service upon installation of our new system last year and really helpful troubleshooting over the phone this evening (clogged drain line and properly working float switch)! We highly recommend Omar and Total Assurance AC.

My family and I came home from vacation to discover our AC was not working correctly and the house was extremely hot in the middle of the summer. Omar from Total Assurance came out and quickly remedied the problem. Chris and the rest of the staff at Total Assurance is extremely knowledgeable, quick and polite. The price was very fair. I would recommend them to anyone, without a doubt.

We remodeled an old house and Eric came out several times during construction and offered advice and made recommendations on the HVAC design. We wanted a system that was energy efficient but still maintained high air quality. His design was spot on and everyone who worked in the house was a professional and did high quality work. Our summer cooling bills have been less than our old house and the air quality so much better. Highly recommend Total Assurance.

They were quick to help when my AC went out during summer heat. I had my Mom and child at home and they were able to fix it within 24 hours. My family wasn't miserable for long. Any problem I have they evaluate, diagnosis, and fix it so quickly I never have to worry. They are affordable and so friendly and that makes it so much easier.

Thank you, Kyle! A/C gave up in the middle of the night which makes sleeping in Texas challenging. Response was quick and he took the time to walk me through what was happening and why. Total Assurance will be the first call for any future HVAC needs too.

We been with Total Assurance AC & Heating for years now. Very friendly and knowledgeable. If any issues do arise, they are willing to get it resolved, fixed and make it right. Glad we have found them for all our heating and AC service.

Update: Had an issue with our AC unit and called Total Assurance. As usual they were right on the ball and provided help. These guys rock. Love how we can talk about the issues and work out a plan of action and come to happy outcome. All the staff is super friendly and people are knowledgeable. Definitely recommend these guys for your AC/Heating work.

The crew they sent out to replace my outside unit and clean the inside unit were top notch. The best of the Best in my opinion. Very professional. Very courteous and extremely efficient. We have used Total Assurance 5 or 6 years. They installed new system in our home shortly after we purchased our home.
Eric was very professional and very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He gave us a quote that was less than expected, and the installation went smoothly!
We continued to use them for our check ups from then to the present time and could not be happier with the service! Omar has proven to provide excellent service, keeping our unit running smoothly. The preventative inspections, took care of any problems.
We definitely recommend them to anyone for their A/C needs!

We had been waiting for repairs through our home warranty, what a mistake. After two weeks of waiting in Texas record heat we reached out to Total Assurance, and they came out and fixed it in record time. Our technician was Adam, and he was very thorough, courteous, and efficient. We could not be any happier with Total Assurance from their technician to the reasonable price for the repair. Omar did a great job improving our HVAC system functionality and performance. He found issues that at least 5 other companies missed and made the necessary repairs at a reasonable price. I will be using Total Assurance for all of my A/C needs in the future.

Our a/c stopped cooling on a Thursday at 10pm. I called the company that we have a service contract with only to be told that they didn't have anyone until the next morning. So, I called Eric, and he said a tech would be out before midnight. Wayne showed up at 11pm. House was 80f when he arrived. He replaced the capacitor, and the house was cooling right away. My husky mix (who just had surgery), and I were so thankful! After reviewing the receipt the next day, I noticed a charge that I didn't understand. I called the office, and Kelsey listened to my concern and said she'd credit me back the charge. Outstanding customer service! Thank you to Eric, Wayne, Kelsey, and Bianca for your professionalism. I will definitely call Total Assurance again. Highly recommend!

Adam was very professional, he figured out what the problem was with our A/C and took care of the problem. He also had some recommendations to better our A/C unit. We will be having Total Assurance A/C back do the work on our A/C. Adam checked back with us just before the weekend to make sure our A/C was still working good. They answered all of my questions and took time to explain the details of each phase of the repairs. The office staff that I spoke to during the process were courteous and friendly. We were so very pleased with our experience with Total Assurance, it’s almost shocking how quickly they responded to our call, they wasted no time either while they were diagnosing our AC.
