Thank you so much to Tia for getting us on the schedule so quick and a whole new AC system installed within the next day. Lonnie and Jacob who did the install were very thorough and took their time to get everything done right. Definitely would recommend Birdwell!

Jason was very friendly and very thorough. He went above and beyond to find the cause of water damage to baseboards. Turns out it wasn't an air conditioning problem but water intrusion from outside. They are also putting in a new return vent since my house only had one, which should help with the cooling on one side of my house. I didn't feel like I was being sold anything I didn't need, which is hard to come by with most businesses. Definitely will use them in the future too.

Pleasant, prompt and professional, Mr Birdwell introduced himself and went to work. This has been the most thorough and complete checkup I've had of the system since the AC unit outside was installed in 2022. Clear crisp photos documenting all of the working parts and ductwork in my house that were inspected were provided in an email with my invoice. What an excellent experience, I highly recommend Jason Birdwell and his team.

I’m not sure how this company has any 5 star reviews. After purchasing a new HVAC system (almost $12,000), and dealing with shady customer service (not calling us back, forgetting to install the drain sensor so water doesn’t leak through the attic, and not connecting the internal wires to prevent humidity from forming) this company is truly horrible. They wouldn’t stand behind their haphazard work; they wouldn’t adjust their mistakes on a brand new unit (that they advised us to buy). They wouldn’t correct the internal pan of the unit (which was installed incorrectly, as well). Truly a nightmare.

The good news: One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning fixed all of the problems. Apparently, we’re not the only ones that have had issues with Annaville AC…

I'm a Realtor and have a property listed in Calallen, which is under contract and scheduled to close fairly soon, when I discovered the central air conditioning had gone out. The Sellers previously had very good experiences with Annaville Air Conditioning and wanted to call them first...so I did...and I'm so glad I did! They responded quickly to my frantic call and were prepared to send a technician almost immediately to the property to diagnose the problem. Kevin Harris arrived at the property to diagnose the problem(s) and was a pleasant surprise right from the start. That young man was extraordinarily polite and respectful; and right away it became clear he was also extremely knowledgeable and competent. He jumped right in to evaluate the situation, while politely explaining to me what he was doing and why. He knew exactly what to do and quickly discovered the problem, which he was able to explain to me, along with giving me a TurnKey price for the total job, right then and there. Before leaving he wanted to get in the attic to verify the condition of the ductwork and inside unit, to ensure there were no additional problems.
I couldn't be more pleased and grateful that I called Annaville A/C! The service was exceptional and their prices extremely reasonable...along with Kevin, the on-site technician, who proved to be extremely knowledgeable and competent, and ever the gentleman. Marc who was our technician was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He made sure we had our a/c back up and running quick. He even provided us with important information in which shows how professional they are. We are pleased with everything they have done in keeping my family cool. My service technician Raul found the issue with out a problem. He was done in about 15 minutes.

James and his team was very professional and replaced my outside unit (4 ton Trane and attic unit) in two days. Even started on labor day! After the unit was installed James and his team came back to the house after 24 hours and made sure everything was working properly.

Timely service. They showed up ahead of appointment time. Diagnosed issues and unfortunately recommended a new unit. However they also had the best price on a replacement unit with up front pricing on their website.
They were able to install it the next day. Highly recommend their services.

Juan as extremely proficient and professional. He arrived on time and explained everything as he was doing it. He did an inspection on my unit. He found several issues and resolved then. I’ll definitely use the again in the future.
