We called Annaville Air Conditioning Monday morning at 8:15 regarding a water leak in our ac unit. We had water leaking from the bottom of the unit and running under the wall into the bathroom We had contacted a couple of ac repair companies Saturday evening when we noticed the issue and neither company called us back. The lady we spoke with gave us a service window from 9 - 11 am the same morning. I received a text message from Annaville 15 minutes before the technician arrived and he was here at 9. He got our water issue resolved very quickly. It was a clogged/plugged up condensate drain. The issue was resolved by 9:30 and very reasonable, less than $150. I will definitely call Annaville Air Conditioning again. No runaround, prompt service at a decent price. 5 stars!

Raul was at my house within 30 minutes and got us all fixed up in no time! He even stayed and checked random things my husband would text me to have him check. Very professional and upfront and the best part … my AC works again! 😁 Highly, highly recommend!

Very pleased with the service. I called about 10am and a service tech was at the house about 2 hours later and service was complete about 3 hours later including have to go get parts. Best part was when they noticed I was overcharged and refunded the overcharge.

Raul with Annaville AC was very professional. He contacted me prior to arrival to say he could come early. Since I wasn’t able to be there until the appointment time, he still came by early and got started on the outside unit with my approval. He was very polite and friendly.

Please invoice where it states connection box had to be replaced due to wrong fuses installed causing it to be warped. Please review previous invoices to see who put these wrong fuses in causing this to happen as we don’t use anyone but Annaville A/C. Thanks, David

Raul did an excellent job not only in troubleshooting the problem with the outside unit, but also explaining it. Moreover, his recommendations for maintenance for outside unit, Was good information to keep the outside unit working at better capacity and to help it last longer! Raul with Annaville AC sold me a new AC that is perfect for my needs. I bought the Trane XL824 unit and I am pleased with the unit! Tristan and Angel did a fine and speedy installation. Gary inspected the AC and made some improvements. I am very pleased with the AC and service that I received from Annaville AC! I recommend them highly!

Stop searching for companies this is the one to fix your ac problems I called them and with in the hour they were hear and with in an hour they had my home nice and cold they did not charge me much either me and my family are very happy in choosing them and highly recommend them ..
