Logicool Air Solutions did a great job. We had our AC unit go out on Sunday. Rebecca answered right away. She was friendly and helpful with getting us scheduled for an appointment for first thing Monday morning. Rene came out and looked over the air handler inside, then the outside unit. He was friendly and explained what he was doing as he looked at the equipment. June showed up to go over units and financing. The whole experience left me feeling my concerns were heard and addressed.

Logicool installed a new HVAC system a year ago in my vacation rental. I was very pleased with the results. About a week ago I had a rental guest and they said the HVAC wasn’t working.

I called Logicool On a Saturday evening, and they answered the phone. Long story short, they were able to get an tech out that same evening to replace a part so didn’t lose my rental sine it was 86 degrees in the condo.

Technician arrived very late without notifying me. After the repair the AC still wasn’t cooling properly, and I had to call Mathew’s CCAC to come fix it. I reached out to logicools customer service twice, but never received a follow up or an apology. This mistake cost me over $800 and left my family without AC until Mathew’s CCAC could come fix it. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service and wouldn’t recommend logicool based on my horrible experience.

Adam Martinez serviced the a/c blower for major cleaning. Adam was very professional
removing the blower and thoroughly cleaning heavy lint out of the blower and reinstalling the blower. ( changing the air filter monthly is only part of a/c running properly)

We initially contacted Logicool as a second opinion after another local AC company quoted us $3,000 for what they claimed were potentially catastrophic issues. Thankfully, Logicool came highly recommended by our realtor—and we’re so glad they did.

Justin from Logicool came out and provided a thorough explanation of the actual issue (which was definitely not catastrophic) and gave us two much more reasonable options to resolve it.

The very next day, two technicians came out and took care of the problem quickly and professionally. They were fantastic!

Justin even returned on a Saturday to complete a full inspection and AC tune-up. He offered valuable insight and went above and beyond. From now on, Justin and Logicool will be our go-to for anything AC-related.

The customer service has been equally impressive—responsive, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend Logicool to anyone needing honest, quality AC service!

We started using Logicool a couple of years ago, starting with a major redo for our ducting and insulation and eventually to a whole new unit. We have used them for any and all AC issues since then on our property, and have been so pleased with not only their customer service but to the skilled team of technicians that have worked on our home. Our most recent project was because of a windstorm certificate. Not only did they jump to action immediately for us, but they also gave us a couple of options to choose from and completed the install within a week. We decided to have them raise the units due to the amount of sand our home accumulates and it worked out so much better than we had ever expected. The techs on site were prompt and had everything installed before noon. We were amazed at their attention to detail, as well as the quality of the work. We HIGHLY recommend Logicool for any and all HVAC system work, they have never let us down and will go above and beyond to make it work. Thank you Logicool!!

10/09/24 - Our home has been forced into major construction work this year due to the original builders mistakes, so we called on Logicool Air Solutions to help us fix our issues regarding the condensation problems resulting from the builder who built this house. Not only was Justin quick at determining the situation, he was also quick with getting us the installer we needed to get the issue resolved. Anthony and Jose came out early and was completed with the work before 3pm. They definitely had their work cut out for them and worked effortlessly to get us to where we needed to be by going above and beyond to ensure the duct work was properly sealed and the insulation was properly applied. Thank you, Justin ,Anthony and Jose for being so professional and efficient at resolving the issue and in a timely manner!

10/18/24- Gilbert came out to do a full maintenance on all three of our units on our property. He was right on time and worked hard to get all our units working right. He even realized that our thermostat was bad and left to get a new one and was back in record time to fix the issue. Thank you Gilbert for your expertise and outstanding customer service!

Josh Camacho was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He did not hesitate to answer my questions. I will definitely use Logicool again and recommend them as well.

Our thermostat wasn’t working this evening and Joel Vaughn came to repair it he did a great job and was very effective and efficient!

Jovan was great, he really laid everything out for my wife and I and explained thoroughly in detail about what our problem was and what our options were. I feel like the quality of work he did was top notch and I have included some pictures for reference. Would recommend them to anyone in need of a dependable company.

Adam was fantastic. He communicated when he was on the way, he thoroughly explained things to me, and went the extra mile. I am very satisfied with the service that I received and would be glad to have him in my home again for future needs.

Had a wonderful vacation came home to a broke ac unit called so many companies that said that they make emergency outcall and no one but 1 company responded to my call and didn't take long to get to my house and took him about 30min to work on a unit and gave me details about what was wrong and got it fixed quick thanks Gilbert...

Finally spent the money to get a new system and went with Logicool because their techs are fantastic; knowledgeable and professional. They were great when they fixed my old system so it was an easy decision. No more window units, so my electric bill was cut in half with our new American Standard unit. 5 stars all day, highly recommend them for your cooling needs.
