They were quick when I had an emergency. Adam was fantastic! He was friendly, intelligent re: the problem and solutions, and took the time to explain everything to me. Would definitely use these guys again and request Adam. (I’m trying to post a photo to prove but my phone wont allow me).

Adam just completed repairs and maintenance on my air conditioner and installed a new thermostat. The thermostat went out this afternoon and the AC was running. I could not shut it off. I called Logicool late in the afternoon. Within a short time, Adam arrived. He replaced the thermostat, discovered the reason it went out in the first place. He did maintenance on the whole system. The house is cool again! I am very pleased with Logicool and specifically with Adam’s work. I highly recommend his work.

Great customer service from start to finish. They replaced my entire HVAC system at a very reasonable price. Showed up right at all appointment times and made sure that everything was above and beyond my standards. This company was very transparent and realistic… not just in it to make a sale. Best experience I could have asked for.

We had a new unit installed this month by Logicool. The team went above and beyond getting the a/c taken out and installed all in one day. They were knowledgeable, kind, and hard working. Anthony, Daniel, Zach, Gage, and J did a great job and we are grateful that it was completed and ready for use in one day. Highly recommended.

They were super fast. I wasn’t able to make their same day appointment. But was surprise they could come out first thing in the morning next day. Adam was very friendly and polite. Explain what he had done to both inside and outside unit. Very detailed on what the next steps would be.

They came out on a Saturday within the hour of our call! Very efficient, super nice guy. Informed us every step of the way and even cleaned up the floor after having to go into our attic. Definitely recommend their services!

I got quotes from a couple different companies and Logicool stood out to me for many reasons. Their knowledge and expertise was the first thing that immediately caught my attention. They were more detailed in their assessment and explained more than the other companies on how the systems work and what they need to function properly. The second thing that stood out to me was the quote they gave me. It was much more detailed and itemized. Unlike the other quotes I got that read generic, their quote had no room for wiggle room on their end. The others didn’t have specific name brands or agreements written in. The prices were about the same but I knew what I was getting with Logicool. I ended up purchasing a system with them and have been blown away with the quality and customer service.

Tobiah and Jose came out and serviced our A/C unit today and did an amazing job, very knowledgeable, answering all questions or concerns we had. These guys were quick but thorough, and very friendly people. I seriously recommend considering these guys for any of your HVAC needs. A+ job !

On 02/16/26 I had a mini split installed and Samuel and Adan did a great job. They were very knowledge and answered all the questions I asked about the unit. I've had prior HVAC techs come to the house on my other unit that I had installed about 2 years ago and I had never been satisfied with their work.

We would recommend Logicool to anyone! This company is honestly more than 5 stars. Our AC started with an issue and our house got hot real quick , I called and they sent Justin . He went up in the attic and fixed our AC pretty quickly. He was very courteous, efficient and answered all our questions. Thank you Logicool for taking great care of us!

Great customer service from Cameron Stelly. Very knowledgeable and prompt and on time. System running better than ever. He did a thorough job. Highly recommend asking for him.

We had ac problems late in the evening on a holiday weekend. Our technician Adam was here working until midnight to make sure everything was done right. The service was quick, thorough, and most importantly done right with great communication. The price was reasonable considering the emergency nature of the work late at night to fix a major water leak. I would recommend Logicool to anyone, and I was particularly impressed with Adam's professionalism.

They came out same morning I called. They were fast, but through. I paid the exact price they quoted. Joel explained everything perfectly and was so nice.

Easy and smooth experience along with real professionalism. If you want to deal with pros and not jumped up handy men call these guys. They were always courteous and listened to my concerns. I had some requests that they were able to accommodate. Overall great experience which seems all to rare these days.

Came to work this morning and it was only 50° inside my building. I got a hold of my company and submitted a work order ticket for the heater, and less than 30 minutes later Joel showed up and got straight to work. In less than an hour from the time that I submitted the ticket, he got our heater going again. He noticed we had a few other issues that could cause trouble and continued to get us squared away. I couldn’t be happier with the service.
