thank you so much for getting me set up with some cold Air while we wait on a part! although I was a bit disappointed , because we literally just installed this new home unit and the motor goes out! 😩 so we wait all week for a part and then boom! another problem .
now have to wait for another part! Although i do not blame Ramco i really appreciate that they went above and beyond to keep me cool for the next week! moral of the story if you are going to back a product then you need to 100 back the product and take care of the clients! that was done today!! thank you! Great service and impeccable people skills/customer service. My issue was resolved quickly and effectively, reoccurring issue that previous companies only temporarily remedied. He found the main issue and repaired it. HOWEVER, it was a temporary fix and I had to call them back.

Had a good experience with these guys they really take pride in their work. Ramsey took care of me and got the job done. Would recommend!

We had our unit go out in our work office. While searching for repair places we were referred to Mia from Ramco. She was very professional and had a tech at our location in no time. We will definitely use Ramco for future repairs.

My ac was acting up and I had the pleasure of having Ramsey sent out to me. He took care of the issue quickly and promptly, very respectful and professional young man 10/10 would recommend if you’re in the Corpus Christi area

Brandon was very thorough, listened to our problem and kept us informed of his opinion. However he couldn't get unit to error. We may have to return in warmer weather. Next Friday is supposed to be 76 degrees.
On returning Brandon found the problem, explained the repair problems, and offered multiple solutions. We'll need to see what our home warranty company responds.

Gave the company a phone call when I was having issues with my Central Air Unit. Ramsey came over the same day and found the problem in a heartbeat. It was a very minor fix and my A/C was working well in no time. Reasonable pricing.
