From start (inspection and quote) until the completion of install (complete ac system and new duct design and install), Logicool did a fantastic job. Very prompt and courteous, very competitive, performed the work with focus on getting job done right and correct, did not rush through it, everyone who I talked with from office staff to technicians, to even general manager & owner where very transparent and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends for ac/heat repairs or installs. Thank you for taking care of my Home away from Home.

We’ve been using logicool for years at our house. They are always dependable a do a great job. Daniel came out and helped install our new first floor unit. He’s a hard respectable worker.

My husband and I won a free tune up at the Home and Garden show. It was something that we never even thought about doing. Cameron Stelly came out and he was great! He was very thorough and friendly. He didn't try to push a membership on me at all, but I signed up for the monthly, to have them come out twice a year.
Living in South Texas, it should be obvious to have done it sooner. He also checked out our duct system to make sure that there was nothing concerning, as it is an old house. I also thought it was awesome that they will donate to local causes simply by agreeing to have their signs in our yard for 60 days. Definitely recommend!

This review is for Joel Vaughn. On time! A rare thing in Corpus Christi TX. I have to compliment all of the logicool staff and mechanics too.

Joel got everything done, inspected all in detail (also rare for Corpus Christi), explained, had prices for each modification and repairs. Suggested possible upcoming repairs that are ok for now, but will need it in about 6 months.

Since I understand electricity, within reason, he logically explained what's needed, showed the repairs, took pictures, was very professional.

I also support Christian run organizations, and logicool is just that. He had nothing but great things to say about the company and owner. He loves working there. That alone speaks volumes.

I personally requested that anytime a repair or service is needed, please send Joel Vaughn. I don't give out 5 star reviews lightly, so this was well deserved! OORAH!

Our AC broke and I was searching for a company to help, My husband did some research and said that Logicool comes highly recommended, they look like a company you can trust. Well it turns out he was right! They did everything in their power to make our lives more comfortable. I had Cameron Stelly and Rene Joslyn do a scheduled inspection on my A/C unit the other day. They were very professional and communicated clearly what they were doing. I mentioned an issue I was having with my A/C not getting as cold as it should and they went the extra mile to clean certain parts of the unit to help me with my issue. It’s been running great since then and I am very appreciative of their quality of work. Really nice and friendly guys too. 👍

Called in the morning and was able to get an appointment for a technician to come out the same day. The technician was very nice and kept us updated to what he was checking and going to do. We will definitely call again when we are in need of A/C repair.

I called Ramco Mechanical to come fix my AC and a young man by the name of Ramsey came by and was very polite and knowledgeable.

A/C was fixed same day and very quickly. Great company they came out next day from when we put request in.

Trevor and Ramsey were very professional. They explained to me very well what the procedure was for cleaning the ducts and what I needed to do afterwards for the dogs & the cat as far as changing their drinking water and the cat’s food. They swept up after they were finished, which I very much appreciate. Thank you very much!

I want to tell everyone about “Randy” at
Ramco Mechanical…. He was Professional, so easy to talk to plus was able to make a 68 year old woman understand exactly what was happening with my air conditioner.. we have a home warranty on this house we bought 8 months ago and yes we needed a new unit. Randy really fought for us on getting a new one to be installed. Yes we had to pay,but nothing like it would have been.
So if you want a company that understands the needs of regular people, that will work with you and knows what they’re doing pick this company. You will NOT be disappointed…

In the office “Valarie” was wonderful and I so appreciate how quick she was to get Randy out to us….. So very helpful like she was a friend from the start.

These guys came out on Christmas Eve and were quick and friendly even though it was late in the evening. I will be calling them again when needed.
