I called for a clog in my main plumbing line and was quoted $500 to snake the line which I declined. I was then charged $95 service fee for technician to look in my clean out with a flashlight. Not happy.

My mom has lived in her home since 1985 (built 1955 no AC) we reached out to a handful of companies and Tiger Heating & Air gave us the best deal easy to access estimate online line and even better they are contracted through Lowes making it easy for us to get a great no interest finance plan with them. Their employees and sales representatives were professional punctual kind and accommodating with our schedule and followed strict CDC COVID protocols. They were finished in 2 days they did a great job and I recommend them for any HVAC system need, we are now freezing in our home and are ready for the 2021 heatwave.

My appointment was at 8 they called early and were on time. He fixed my drain issue and snaked out the drain line. Would recommend

Chris Rust replaced fuses. He was done in 30 minutes approximately. Seemed very honest, and informative, as far as I could tell. Can't help but wonder why 2 fuses (ECNR25) cost $100 each. Also, I paid by credit card 40 minutes ago, but have received no receipt in my email yet. It's 8:15 pm, maybe it will be here by morning.

I want to congratulate Tiger Air conditioning & Heating on a very outstanding business with very high integrity. The Tiger technicians arrived right on time led by Mr Christian Perez and went right to work with dedication. The Technician team were highly professional, always advising me what they were doing, very respectful with yes sir & no sir very courteous. They wasted no time working together as a team and approximately 5 hours had the system up and running while they programmed the unit. They demonstrated how to use the control and advised me of the membership maintenance plan and I purchased the Gold plan for the yearly service of my new unit. They pulled a permit from the city to install gas line/meter. The tech that did the work was fine. Contact with their office, the online, phone, and mobile site were terrible. Won't use them again just due to aggravation with service.

Tommy provided us with a brand new unit that was much more affordable than any other company quoted for us. He showed up the day after Christmas first thing in the morning, he was extremely attentive & got us what we needed.

Ps. If you could call out ny homie Diego sometime on an ad that would be legendary. He hears your commercials so much that just the vibe in the car lets him know that one is playing, even if the audio is off.

This company is the BEST!!! Best in class! They are professional, punctual, knowledgeable, thorough, high caliber workmanship/craftsmanship, experts, and their word is their bond!

Our AC condenser stopped working in Feb 2024. The first company we called said they couldn’t get out to replace the unit until late March. We contacted Tommy Cool Air via his website Thursday evening and he was out to assess our AC system the next morning. We live in a 2015 manufactured home. He arrived punctually, was very professional, friendly, kind and offered several options for our situation. He also assured us he could have the new condenser and coil installed the next week. Tommy was so knowledgeable on every level regarding AC systems. That was clear from the minute we met him. He’s like a “doc” for AC systems.
We needed the indoor coil and the outdoor condenser replaced. He offered several creative solutions. He promised to send us an estimate for the 3 options we selected which we received later that day. We had nothing but problems with the Revolv coil and condenser for almost the entire 8.5 years we owned them. We did not want the same coil. Tommy said he would find something else, and as you can see from the pictures, he provided us with a beautiful Mortex coil with quality construction including a sensor for water overflow, and a filter for the refrigerant line. Our old Revolv unit did not have either of those. We had many questions throughout the process and Tommy patiently responded to all of them. He never made us feel like our inquiries were an inconvenience or bother. “I’m here to help!” He repeatedly said. Indeed he was and we appreciated it! His response time was impeccable! His company also provides several financing options which is awesome because it provides a one-stop shop experience.

Jason and Torch were the team that installed our coil and condenser. Jason called the morning of the installation to advise of arrival time. He arrived as promised. He focused on removing the old Revolv condenser outside while Torch removed the indoor old Revolv coil and installed the beautiful new Mortex coil. Torch had a great sense of humor and did a good job welding the new copper line for the indoor coil. His part of the installation was only a couple of hours then he left to help other customers.

Jason was there from 8:45am until the afternoon working diligently and meticulously ensuring that every part of the condenser was installed to perfection. His work ethic is next level! Then he came indoors and thoroughly cleaned the inside walls of the air handler area, removed the blower wheel and scrubbed it clean, reinstalled and put all components back together. The man has patience! He cheerfully explained to us what he was doing as he worked away.
We chose the 3 ton TRANE XR15. Amazingly quiet!!! LOVE this new AC!!! Blows out COLD air and strong air flow from the vents. AWESOME equipment!!! Totally different from the previous Revolv system. The new TRANE condenser with Mortex coil is FAR superior!!!

I called because my toilets are backing up. Their ad says that they will fix the problem in 4 hours or it's free. I never got to speak to anyone there even though their website says they are open. I received a text message saying that their on call rep was off on an emergency and I was given another number to call to Royal Plumbing. No one picked up the phone. Highly disappointed! Would not recommend as their ads are lies
