Great Service!

Came here to look for a flapper for the inside of my toilet tank. They employees were quick to answer that they had what I was looking for without even looking for the product. Low & behold, they did have it. They had the exact part that I needed.
I couldn't find it at Home Depot. I couldn't find it at Sutherlands. I couldn't find it at Walmart. I couldn't find it anywhere that I looked. But, CC Plumbing had it. The customer service was great too.

They are very professional and knowledgeable. They don't just sell parts, they actually know how to do plumbing. They have a great selection of both common and hard to find parts. I wish they were open longer and on Saturday , but you can't have everything.

Back on September 2025, the company sent a group of motivated employees. But, after 2 weeks of replacing the main shower valve cartridge, the handle get loose. Make sure you get more information about the warranty process.

I was replacing some faucets at my house and when I turned the water back on at the house water started leaking everywhere. I called sparkling city’s San Antonio location and Joe came out quickly and not only fixed it but made it much better and was very professional. Will continue to refer Joe and his company to all of my family, friends and colleagues. Thanks again Joe for the quick help!
