We used Sparkling City Plumbing to replace and add some gas lines for a commercial generator we installed. They came out promptly, made a good connection with our customer, and finished the job in a timely manner. They went above and beyond with coordinating to work with the city for approvals and inspections.. They have a great team.

Initially I was very happy with the service. However, I had an issue with the same problem of my washer discharge backing up. The young lady explained to me that it would be another service charge because it was past the 24 hour guarantee. Nowhere on my invoice for the $137 service charge is it stated that it is only guaranteed for 24 hours. I'm pretty disappointed because my realtor is actually the person who referred me to sparkling City Plumbing

First time using Sparkling City Plumbing. I called them to clear a kitchen sink drain from the clean out that I couldn't get with my smaller snake. Christopher was the person that showed up on site and was very friendly and worked hard to get the drain cleared. After he cleared it, he waited around for about 10-15 min to allow water to run to make sure the drain was fully cleared. I will definitely call them again when needed. They are also very up front with pricing and no hidden charges. Great team!

Total rip off. Did not solve the problem and just keep adding to the price to fix it.

Made appt. for 10 a.m. Thursday. Nobody showed. Called and got a message that they were "not answering and the mailbox is full" Now 3 hours late, can't contact them and they haven't shown up.

Great Plumbing Company had a leaking tub and it was fixed in no time at all, reasonable pricing. Do call for all plumbing needs.

Unprofessional people...We waited on two occasions for hours ,and they never showed up ..if that's how they work I'm glad we didn't hire them.. Save time and money and look for another company my honest opinion

Came the day we called when we really needed help. Courteous, informative service. Problem solved. Reasonable service charge. Definitely a go-to plumbing service. A-Plus is on my speed-dial list.

Called them after calling several other plumbing companies. They were very friendly and came over almost immediately. I didnt even have to be home for them to unclog our kitchen sink. Great work and great prices. Highly recommended!

I called this company last friday to have them come out on Monday just to install a faucet. We talk about 100pm being a good time. 1pm Monday rolls around and they don't show so I call. I talk to a lady who has no idea who I am and says I'm not on the schedule. She puts me through to the plumber and we politely agree to do it the following day at 1pm. The following day I call about 10am just to check, again the lady has no idea who I am and says I'm not on the schedule. They guy gets on the phone and tells me its too cold and the roads are icy. I'm very patient and have another bathroom sink I can use so I tell him no problem, let's do it Friday at 1pm. Friday rolls around, I call at 10am, and guess what...the lady doesn't know who I am and says I'm not on the schedule. lol. I tell her to call the guy and I assure you I'm on it for 1pm. Please call me back. They never do. I call another plumber, and they send someone in an hour. WOW. I never leave reviews, I rarely complain, but this almost became too funny not to share.

Called and made an appointment for 1p. At 1:30p, no one had showed up and no one had called to let me know what was going on. When I called to inquire, they said that they were running late and wanted to reschedule for 3p. At 3:30p, no one had showed up and no one had called to let me know what was going on. I then called and asked to speak to a manager. When he called me back, I asked why didn't they call and let me know that they were running late either time. He said: "Sorry we're not perfect. You know what, were just not going to show up. How about that?"

Called for estimate on inspection for sale of home and left several messages for call back. Never received a response. Good for them their business must be booming.

Replaced all these busted pipes from the big freeze quickly and professionally in spite of running into problems while working under the house. Very reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
